Çok memnun kaldık!
Pros:

Genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. 4 kız arkadaş olarak konakladık. Valizlerimizi otele götürmemize yardımcı oldular, dönüşte adayı gezmek istediğimiz için valizleri ofislerine bırakmamıza izin verdiler. Odamız hem havuzu hem denizi görüyordu. Manzarası inanılmaz güzeldi. Havuz da sakin ve keyifliydi. Gayet temiz ve tertirpliydi.

Ev gayet temiz ve konforluydu. Balkonu manzarası harikaydı! 4 kız arkadaş gittik, havuzunu da kullandık o da çok keyifliydi. Giderken çantalarımızı taşıdılar yürüme ondan yorucu gelmedi.

Pros:

Villa “superiore” molto bella e pulita, con un grazioso giardinetto privato che garantisce intimità (pur condividendo piscina e spazi comuni con un’altra villa e alcuni appartamenti). Perfetta per famiglie. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e risponde velocemente a qualsiasi richiesta.

Cons:

Qualche aspetto da migliorare: poche stoviglie, barbecue non dedicato alla casa (quindi meno pratico da usare con altri ospiti presenti), tende bianche che non permettono di oscurare le stanze (problema per chi non riesce a dormire con la luce) e una delle camere priva di aria condizionata.
Se ci sono anziani con difficoltà a muoversi, sconsiglio a meno che non si affitti una bici/scooter elettrico

2-3 Ağustos tarihlerinde tek gece için ailemle beraber konakladım. Büyükada tatilimizin güzel bir detayı da otelden memnun kalmamız oldu. Adaya vardığımızda saat kulesinin hemen yanındaki pasajda giriş işlemleri yapıldı. Bizi gayet güler yüzle karşıladılar ve oldukça ilgili davrandılar. Ardından otele eşyalarımızı taşıdılar ve bize eşlik ettiler. Otel konforluydu, havuzu güzel, genel anlamda temiz. Eşyalar kalitesiz değildi. Sadece otele ulaşmak için 10 dakika yürümeniz gerekiyor. Çok uzun bir süre değil ama aklınızda bulunsun.

Cons:

Apartment was given with a broken table, reservation office is reactive. If you tell them they fix it otherwise they can serve you broken stuff.

Last night of stay other people partied late until 3 am and I could not sleep. I yelled at them eventually. When I told this to reservation office, they did not take accountability and instead they said “you should have called us although they have an automated notification about business hours when you try to reach them on WhatsApp “

Golden tip is ask reservation office for emergency contact for outside business hours. Keep reservation office accountable otherwise their attitude is to put the blame on you regardless.

Pros:

Otel çok güzeldi, her yer gayet temizdi. Mutfakta her türlü gereç vardı. Sadece kahve yapmak istemiştik ancak kahve makinesi bozukmuş ve cezve de yoktu. Bu problem dışında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Otelin havuzu da tertemizdi. Klor seviyesi de idealdi. Otelin konumu biraz tepede kalıyor ama manzarasına baktığımızda kesinlikle değiyor. Ayrıca görevliler, ilk giriş yaparken valizlerimizi otele taşıyarak bize yardımcı oldular. Çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil oldu. Herkese burayı öneririm.

Pros:

Great place for the price! Slept 5 comfortably. Apartment is nicer than how it looks in the photos. Rooms are spacious. Beautiful view from the balcony to the water and Instanbul. It is a good walk uphill from the pier so keep that in mind. The street is quiet but the other guests or neighbors may be loud at night depending on who is staying. I wasn’t able to turn off the radiators so the place was a little warm. Overall very nice apartment.

Arkadaşlarla organize ettigimiz bir tatildi büyükada apart otel cok sakin ve huzurlu bir seyahat geçirmemizi sağladı. Evde ihtiyac duyabileceginiz çoğu şey var mutfakta gayet yeterli bardaklar çaydanlık vb. Temizlikte yeterliydi. Memnun kaldık teşekkür ediyoruz
