Horrible staff and Management! They changed the price when I arrived to check in and they also locked me out saying my checkout time was a day before it was supposed to be. Rooms were trashy and gross

You can’t reserve a room online. They will not honor it when you arrive. Stay at Collins Inn instead.

NEVER STAY HERE. STAFF IS UNFRIENDLY, INCOMPETENT AND DOESN'T CARE. THEY NEED TO DEMOLISH THIS HOTEL AND DEEM IT UNSAFE FOR GUESTS TO STAY HERE

They will not honor online reservations through any website! They are in a small town that seems to be literally dying on the vine. The motel is the same - baseboards were missing or disintegrating, wires were routed around the baseboards, a/c is very loud. It is fairly clean with newer vinyl flooring and faucets. For the area it is about what one would expect.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked and paid for a room while traveling. When we got there, the lady said there was no reservation because the site we used was out of business (hotels.com). They tried to have us pay for 2 rooms since they didn't have any 2 bed rooms available. That would have left at least one my children in a room alone - unacceptable.

I left and stayed at Western Inn nearby. I also paid for trip insurance, but havr not received a refund yet for this nightmare booking.

The room was great But i had already paid in advance upon arriving tge staff told me to pay again because they do not collect money from Expedia i pre paid for 2 night stay ending up staying 1 due to double payment they were not going to give me a room

Didn’t have the password for the free Wi-Fi, didn’t have a do not disturb sign either

Door was broken but it was a okay stay, it was veey quiet area.

On day 2 of a 7-day stay, discovered that contract work in local area was cancelled, which required an earlier than expected departure. Property refused a refund for the 6 days of the stay that were no longer needed or used. This was not a cancellation of the reservation but an early departure. This is wrong. Future customers beware if your stay in the area is for business - early departures are penalized.

Wasn't anything like the website, no breakfast, no microwave and no shower curtain and poor wifi

I can't believe Expedia would offer this hotel. I am thinking about using a different booking app. If you don't own a gun do not stay here. I stayed 3 nights and had people knocking on my door every night. Expedia should have to warn you about these hotels. The key card holder has a warning on it. I grew up in a bad town as a kid but someone that aint familiar with it would have been traumatized.

one small ceiling light, no bedside or table lamps, needed password for wifi and had trouble getting into the system. room was clean and shower worked.

Rooms were horrible, had to exchange rooms 3 times upon arrival. 1st room was very unclean and smelled like someone had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. 2nd room was also, not clean and smelled of mold and mildew like room gets wet. 3rd room was not up to par, one of the beds had dirty linen and bed coverings and towels were dingy. Rooms need renovation, i dont see how they are passing inspections.

Customer service is great… attendant was very helpful… the hotel is just old

Room is clean, but condition is awful, LOTS of mold around bathtub.

Incredibly noisy, there's a small dog and a big dog on the property next to the hotel and they keep barking at each other.

The guests in room next to me kept screaming, arguing, slamming room door, car doors, etc. all night long
