This place is pathetic
Pros:

This place is a pathetic. On our way in we noticed the trash cans in main hallways overflowing, paint chipping throughout the hallways, dirty old floors and a staff that had absolutely no pride in the place they work.
I looked in the breakfast area and saw four old blue chairs one stained and one broken. The breakfast area was still a mess with garbage cans overflowing. This was late evening and they still hadn’t cleaned up breakfast.
The next morning we found a very poor selection at breakfast, the juice machine was leaking all over the floor and the guy working the breakfast was very rude to several people.
We went for a swim after breakfast, the pool was cold and the hot tub chemicals out of balance. We then start to smell smoke, it was the same grumpy guy from breakfast standing outside smoking right by the pool doors.
The lack of upkeep and the attitude of all the staff mates me wonder if the management is even from the area or if they are just trying to skimp along and sell the place. It was one of the worst places we’ve stayed for a long while

Pros:

Comfortable beds, quality toiletries, spacious room, location, pool and hot tub, outdoor seating, friendly front desk, extra luggage rack, decent hot breakfast.

Cons:

Dirty carpets throughout, excessively marked walls with ill repairs, chipped paint, broken and dirty bedding on sofa bed in room, small TV, smoking (even by staff members) in front seating area of hotel, excessively full garbage cans, angry breakfast attendant.

I would stay again and was pleasantly surprised.
Pros:

It was a great location by the Dam. It was clean, friendly staff, good laundry, fitness room and breakfast was pretty good.

Pros:

Property was dirty and in disrepair. Needs a deep cleaning and proper repairs. Dirty carpet, overflowing garbage cans and excessively marked walls. Breakfast staff member was swearing at broken juice machine, was verbally rude to guests and was visibly disgruntled while working. Smoking deck in front seeps smoke into pool area and smells like a casino. TVs are small. Sofa bed was broken and the bedding was dirty as it was already made inside the couch. (My kids slept with sleeping bags on top of it)
Good: beds are super comfortable, view is great, breakfast was decent, toiletries provided were awesome and smell so good. Check in was friendly.
