Outdated property with dirty amenities
Pros:

Hotel is filthy with outdated toilet, difficult to flush. The bath tub was full of dust and stains, i was too hesitant to use the toilet and the bathtub becuase of stains and all the marks that were present there.

Pros:

Locations excellent, No desk at the lobby, just a little table nobody to help at check in, had to look for the security to call someone to come down , waited almost 45 min. before someone came down with a room key, had to give 100 Malaysian money cash for deposit no credit card accepted, Had Wifi problem in the room took over a day before someone came to fix it. , at check out is the same had to call a number and someone waited for you with the 100 malaysian cash but must turn the room key in first

Pros:

No service details were provided as to how to get the hot water service to work.
There was a leak from near the bathtub causing a permanent slipping hazard in the bathroom area.
No nozzle attached to the toilet personal washer.
Black mold over the shower area.
The freezer section of the fridge required us to chisel out the massive build up of frost.
We had to ask several times to get the Wi fi details as there was no information provided.
When we left after 5 night stay, the bin was overflowing as we had no room service for the duration of our stay.
There were no teaspoons, glassware or tea towels provided and , again were only supplied after several requests.
Multiple power outlets did not function.
Several light bulbs had burnt out.
There were signs of water ingress in the roof from 2 holes in the ceiling..
The bath towels were of a quality that is normally afforded to prisoners.
All in all, the room was showing acute lack of maintenance and the management did not seem to care.

Had a problem checking in, but after it was straightened out? The stay was excellent.

The staff at the facility was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate me.

Pros:

The photograph did not match the property. The apartment we got was quite "lived in". Transportation to and from the airport was not provided. Interactions with the host felt like some sort of side hustle, as we did not check in and out at the hotel desk. The view from the room was exceptional and the AC worked well.

Pros:

1st room they gave us was listed non smoking but had smoke smells. They provided no other options but to spray perfume.

Extremely dirty towels and sheets, including blood, hair, and dirt.

Rugs were filthy and smelled of urine.

The second room they gave us was equally dirty, had smelly mildewed shorts from previous guest hanging in the closet - and the electricity got cut at night from the power company because they didn't pay the electric bill. The electricity was not restored.

Avoid Like the Plague!
Pros:

Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait. Red flag #1. When we got to our room, things went downhill real quickly. I don't mind if the room is dated, but this place looked like a drug den. Tacky faux leather sofa, stained bedsheets, grimy carpet, loose tiles in bathroom, cockroaches everywhere! And there was no chain lock on the door. Dodgy! We kept all our bags zipped up tight the whole time we were there in case creepy crawlies slithered into our stuff. Thank goodness it was just for one night, and the only plus point is the location, so we spent much time as we could in shopping malls rather than being in the room! Still, sleeping in the creaky, lumpy bed made us itch. We made sure to have a good scrub as soon as we got home! A fine lesson learned in going for supposedly cheap deals that are too good to be true!

個人的には本当にオススメしません。

値段の割に広くてベルジャヤタイムズスクエアからもほぼ直結で、初めの印象は良かったのですが、宿泊初日から小さなゴキブリが何匹も出ました。
部屋は高層階なので部屋の中か排水管から出てきているのだと思います。
3日ほどの滞在で、誇張ではなく10匹以上出ました。

退治したものの死骸を処理するのが嫌でそのままにしていましたが、掃除係は非常に適当で死骸の処理をしませんでした。
ボトルウォーターも言わないとくれない時がありました。

部屋にドライヤーはなく、オーナーに連絡すると今日は在庫がなく無理と言われ、髪を洗わないわけにもいかないので初日はタオルドライで凌ぎました。
翌日何時に持って来てくれるのかと、こちらが催促したらやっと急いで持って来た感じでした。

部屋の洗濯機は壊れていて使えません。
そのことについてオーナーからアナウンスもないため、衣類をセットして水が出てからきちんと動かないことに気付きました。
濡れた衣類を持って近隣のコインランドリーに行く羽目になりました。

シャワーのお湯も部屋にあるスイッチをオンにしないと出ず、これも知らされませんでした。
バスタブに溜めたお湯には薄く茶色い色がついていました。

極め付けは、虫があまりに出るので残りの滞在をキャンセルして部屋を出ようと準備していたところ、ラグに小さなガラス片が落ちていて足を切りました。
掃除係が部屋を掃除する様子を見ていましたから、このようなことがあっても何ら不思議ではありません。

以上すべてHotels.comに報告して残りの数泊分の返金を求めましたが、一泊分＋α程度の返金（クーポン）しか戻らず、非常に残念な滞在になりました。

Pros:

First day we arrived, one our clean towel was damp and wasn’t that clean. 2nd day our toilet bowl was almost overflowed and they came to fix it 30 minutes later.
Overall a good but can be improve.

We requested but did not get two access cards.

The room was freezingly cold, when requested for two blankets, we got only one!

There's no complimentary coffee, tea or suger.

They charged an extra $10 per night, when I'm supposed to have paid in full!

I'll never return to KL Service Apt, even if they paid me!
