So bad, dirty, old, broken furniture, towels have bad smell and never ill be there
Hotel is filthy with outdated toilet, difficult to flush. The bath tub was full of dust and stains, i was too hesitant to use the toilet and the bathtub becuase of stains and all the marks that were present there.

Locations excellent, No desk at the lobby, just a little table nobody to help at check in, had to look for the security to call someone to come down , waited almost 45 min. before someone came down with a room key, had to give 100 Malaysian money cash for deposit no credit card accepted, Had Wifi problem in the room took over a day before someone came to fix it. , at check out is the same had to call a number and someone waited for you with the 100 malaysian cash but must turn the room key in first
Very central great location to get buses for day tours and the bus to and from Singapore. Property quite dated and tired
1st room they gave us was listed non smoking but had smoke smells. They provided no other options but to spray perfume.
Extremely dirty towels and sheets, including blood, hair, and dirt.
Rugs were filthy and smelled of urine.
The second room they gave us was equally dirty, had smelly mildewed shorts from previous guest hanging in the closet - and the electricity got cut at night from the power company because they didn't pay the electric bill. The electricity was not restored.
First day we arrived, one our clean towel was damp and wasn’t that clean. 2nd day our toilet bowl was almost overflowed and they came to fix it 30 minutes later.
Overall a good but can be improve.
We requested but did not get two access cards.
The room was freezingly cold, when requested for two blankets, we got only one!
There's no complimentary coffee, tea or suger.
They charged an extra $10 per night, when I'm supposed to have paid in full!
I'll never return to KL Service Apt, even if they paid me!

Central location. Accessible to food and shopping.
Property condition was not ideal. It was old with small insects under the rotten wood.
Security is good as no one can come from shoppibg mall or carpark. Quite run down.

The con is the room structure old and some of the floor tile can feel like come out.
Able to give us complimentary toiletries like more shampoo, body wash and bed room slippers will be an area of improvement.

the room is just a room with partition, which makes it smaller. the single bed was horrible, bath tub was dirty, lighting was bad.
Good Location and Service. Will come again. Person in charge also considered. We have reserve 2 rooms and they try to put us at the same floor.
The internet was spotty and frustrating at times, otherwise, I liked the hotel quite a bit.
It was walking distance to the MRT and a number of coffee shops and restaurants (if you're not familiar with the weather in Malaysia, just know you WILL sweat, so minimizing your walking is a blessing-STEEEAMY : ) ).
This hotel is suitable for any of your typical travelling needs and KL was super cool. The Batu caves were the most beautiful attraction I've seen in any of my travels-a must see!
