Front desk employees were not very friendly or helpful.
Not much
Pool was closed, bedding was dirty, breakfast was not great
It was in a convenient location and the staff was friendly.
The room we were in wasnt awful but there was a few things that need attention. The bathroom door didnt latch or lock. The handle on the toilet still worked but you had to push it very hard to get it to work. The toilet seat also wasnt attached all the way so ot felt like it was going to slide off every time you used it. We werent able to access the game room even tho it was supposed to be included. Overall it was an ok stay but the room couldve used some work.
Convenient to Holiday World only 10 to 11 minute drive. Could be more friendly at the front desk from certain workers not all of them. Also the room could have been cleaned better. Parts of the headboard to our bed were falling apart. Breakfast tables were dirty no one cleaned them.

Very clean and comfortable and quiet.
Nothing
Distance to Holiday World
I feel like it’s gone very downhill since our stay 10 months ago. Not very clean. Not enough towels or toilet paper in the room. Hotel in general on the inside looked very rundown.
The location was close to our event.
The phones did not work. The elevator was broke on 3rd floor. The dinning area was hot, no air conditioning at all. The price we paid for one night was over priced.
Staff was friendly and corrected any issues we had.
Fridge was not cleaned and had previous leftovers in it. No towels were provided.
Staff was informed and immediately fixed the issues.

Convenient to holiday room. Breakfast was really good. Room was very nice.
No towels. Called front deak to request when we arrived. Was told rhet would be brought up and never were. Elevator didnt work and we were on the 3rd floor.
Everything was good and my stay was a pleasant visit.
We did have issues with our cards but the front desk promptly fixed that. The elevator was broken, but the front desk called me the morning of our trip to let me know and see if we needed accommodations for the issue.
Horrible stay and did not complete our stay. Hotel offered refund for unused night. Elevator broken for 2 weeks so put on 1st floor. Shower non-functional, sink wouldn't drain, Key cards needed to be reprogrammed multiple times imcluding initial attempt, and side door lock batteries dead so no access for 24 hours. The shampoo in shower was completely empty and no soap was provided until we asked. No room service unless you ask. Game-room too hot to use and mostly grabber machines and true games were non-functioning. The second day the Coffee and Juice machines would not work and probably not cleaned internally for quite a while ( we tried to help front desk attendant fix them).. The front desk told us the hotel was planned for Major renovation after Holiday World season ends. Save your money and don't stay in Ferdinand. This is the #1 rated hotel of the two available.
The staff was very friendly, helpful, made sure to bring new sheets and extra towels.
Where do I begin....After spending the entire day at Holiday world, I would have loved to come to my hotel that I spent $300 on for one night, and just relax. But no. First of all, the power went out right after arrival. This was due to a storm. Then the fire alarm went off and the alarm clock started buzzing and wouldn't stop. Even after unplugging it. Then my family of 4 would have enjoyed a hot shower but we only had 1 towel and 1 bar of handsoap to wash with. Like what?? Finally taking a minute to relax and pull down the sheets on the bed to see a mysterious orange stain on it! I thought what else could go wrong. Well, the elevator quit working, so we of course were given the room by the stairs. Everyone was up and down all night and you could hear the door click every time. The carpet was raising up from the floor so it created humps that you would trip over. The bathroom had no ventilation so it was super hot and the ceiling above the toilet looked like it was going to fall in. The light in the bathroom was going out. It flickered constantly and there was a weird sound in the wall behind the mirror. We left to grab dinner and on our way down the hall was a weird man listening at someone's door that was clearly not his room. The tv had no signal the entire time even after asking staff about it.
I want to make a point to say, yes we talked to the staff. They were very kind and tried their best to fix things. I would like to direct this review at the one who owns this hotel and probably pops in once or twice a year and only worried about making money without spending any. Help your staff and care enough to make sure they are able to fix all the things that are wrong. They are obviously down several staff members and they are working outrageous hours. How do you expect your employees to deliver great service and keep the hotel running if you aren't giving them the support they need??
The town of Feedinand was wonderful. The distance to Sata Clause was short.
Room 216 is right over tge entrance, the doors open and shut all day and night. No shampoo and conditioner. The ladyvat check in ask another lady if our room was ready, this was after 7pm. The employees huddle at the front desk . Breakfast is first come, by 8am most things are gone. It has if the have a certain amount of food for the day. When it's gone you are out of luck. Key cards have to be reset during your stay. Just seemed the staff was playing catch-up our whole visit.
Location from Holiday World was only a 8 minute drive. Close to some fast food restaurants. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Coffee was terrible. Food was gone by 9 AM. No one was cleaning the tables and restocking food. No forks to use. Tables were dirty because no one was cleaning them after the people ate. The toilet seat was loose in our room.
