Used to be great. Not so much anymore.
Pros:

The location was good and the room was a good size

Cons:

The heater was broken in the pool and the breakfast was 90pecent gone with 30 minutes left in service and did not get replenished so my family had to buy breakfast somewhere else

Lacking compared to the last time I stayed there.
Pros:

Location was nice for where we were working.

Cons:

The bathroom was a mess. Single towel in the room, toulet handle was broken off, poop streaks left in the toilet, no hand soap of any king in the bathroom, pokemon card on the floor under the desk.

We left within an hour of arrival & have requested a refund.
Cons:

Dirty beds, we were given the stuff to clean the room ourselves & staff didn’t know how to make the bed, employee vaped outside of our door before knocking knowing we have an infant in the room

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel only because of its proximity to Holiday World. There are few other options in this area - all of which were rated worse than this one.

Cons:

The room and the bathroom were both very dirty. There were no towels in the bathroom when we arrived, and we had a difficult time finding someone at the front desk to give us some. The elevator was broken, which I understand is out of their control, but I couldn't get anyone on the phone prior to our arrival to request a room on the first floor. If there were better options nearby, I would not stay here again.

It was adequate for the price
Pros:

The air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable

Cons:

It took forever to check in even though it was booked online. The breakfast was non existent when we came downstairs at 8am. It was restocked a time later but options were very limited. The television in the room was not user friendly
