Great place to stay
Pros:

Was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly.

Cons:

Getting to the parking lot was tricky, had to back track. Needs to be marked better. Glad we found the parking lot

Pros:

I stayed there when I came to get my son UofL. Property was clean, quite and welcoming. Staff was very friendly and the bed was comfy! Will stay again when he goes back next year.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Our room was very clean, very quiet (except for the heavy-footed people upstairs) and very spacious. The evening staff person was very friendly and informative. The room was large and comfortable with a large bathroom. I enjoyed the bath products and lotion. I have paid much more for a much less satisfactory stay in other hotels. I would highly recommend this Comfort Inn. I have stayed at other Comfort Inns that were not nearly as nice as this one. Don't hesitate to book here!

Cons:

We were one of just a few people staying at this time. I understand the logic of putting people close together, however it would have been nice to not have the noisy family with children directly above us, given there were plenty of rooms to choose from.

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Ivy, front desk worker, was exceptional. The stay was comfortable.

Cons:

The carpets need a good cleaning. There was hair on the bed linen.

Terrible breakfast, a gallon bottle of cleaning fluid sitting on the breakfast counter, same popcorn in the machine for 3 days, after and diet coke only in the cooler for 3 days...this hotel needs help

It was fine and nothing to keep us from booking there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay, adequate. The location was great for our purposes.

Cons:

There was an issue the first day with hot water but it was fine the second day. I didn't like the location of the toilet paper which was near the floor under the counter. Minor detail.

Perfect location, odd service, but best memorie since i got engaged.

The location was so nice and close to the park.

Cons:

There are no pizza places close, came in our room early but the pillows had some blood, there was candy on the floor, the breakfast crew really complained about how their staff never showed up (did it very loudly), and the pool area was so dark and the water such a odd dark green color.

Will not be returning, I do not recommend.
Cons:

No hot water, room was never cleaned, no fresh towels. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason.
