Thank you to Alessia and her husband for being so helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful owners. Went out of their way when we had transport problems. Central with restaurants and beach 10 min walk away.
Beds comfortable.
Great to have an outside terrace.

Cons:

Noisy air con outside room.

Pros:

Все чудово,близько до моря, в номері не душно. Приємні власники. Пані Alessia просто дивовижна. Пляж є з двох сторін від готелю. Безпечне та атмосферне місто. Є маленький холодильник суто на охолодження і чайник в номері. Каву також дозволяли робити і гарячий шоколад дитині.
Зручно,що можна снідати за адекватну ціну. Ми не снідали але виглядало дуже смачно.

Cons:

Трохи незручно розібратися з виїздом з аеропорту. Є автобуси але нам не пощастило, білетомати не працювали,занадто багато туристів,черги ( довелось їхати таксі за 35 євро 4км до готелю) Але заради моря варто було)

Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport which makes it convenient. And, it’s walking distance to a handful of restaurants. The hotel staff was very sweet and helpful to coordinate the airport shuttle and to help move me to a room that was more comfortable.

Cons:

The pictures advertised do not accurately reflect the rooms/accommodations at all!! I was shocked at the room for the high price.

Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e comprensivo nell'aiutarmi. Avevo una giornata da spendere a Fiumicino e mi hanno dato degli ottimi consigli su come spenderla.

It was an okay place for one night to get to the airport, we would not stay there longer.
Pros:

It was great to stay in town to get to the airport quickly. The earliest to get an airport shuttle always 6:30am! The gal at the front desk was so kind and gave us suggestions for dinner too!

Cons:

The ac did not work well. The bed had a lump in the center separating the two sides. The shower was incredibly small for my 6ft tall husband...smaller than a phone booth. We understand things are smaller in Europe, but this was tight.
