The pool & sauna were wonderful and the location was ideal
Pros:

The yogurt was Yoplait which is very high in sugar and low in protein. I asked if they had any low sugar options like Greek yogurt but they didn’t. I suggested unflavored yogurt (Greek) served with honey and walnuts or pistachios on the side for people to add. Their coffee was good. There were 3 kinds of fruit available to pick from.

Cons:

I’m borderline diabetic so I wish the had so low carb options.

Pros:

Beautiful character and perfect room! Our view, location (steps from town), and friendly staff was amazing 👏 🤩 we will definitely be back!! The highlight of our 8 day road trip. Wish we would have stayed 3 days instead of 2. Perfect experience.

A cute place to experience Carmel
Pros:

Its location and the cuteness of the room. It had a microwave which made things very convenient for us.

Cons:

The breakfast menu was very meagre: banana, apple, orange, sweet bun and croissant.

I'm glad we only stayed one night. I regret to say that we'll not be returning there.
Pros:

The location of the hotel. The price was reasonable.

Cons:

The room number that was assigned to us. Very busy and constant traffic. One of the glasses was broken. the shower was too tight and the drainage was bad. The water was sitting and was moving extremely slow while i was in the shower. The toilet kind of shaky and making noise when you get up. It feels very cramp. The bed was a little high and the counter tops in the bathroom was unusually low.

We love the old world charm and coziness. Excellent staff!
Pros:

West facing rooms with view above the trees, ocean breezes. Quaint old style eclectic decor was cozy and comfortable.

Cons:

Tiny shower but it was functional and clean.

Ok place to stay for young people who can go up and down the steps to the room.
Pros:

Large rooms with kitchenette.

Cons:

Not good for elderly people who have to climb stairs to get to their room. Expected also more of the breakfast.
