I DID NOT STAY. I walked into the room after waiting about 30 mins to check in, dirty/smelly

Comfortable place to stay, but a little disappointed with the treatment we received.

We are people 76+ years old with knee and heart issues. When we were handed a room card stating our room was 4??, I asked if there was an elevator and were told no. Thinking we were on the 4th floor (instead of the 2nd) and no elevator I asked about being put in a different room on the 1st floor. The lady at the desk basically said take or leave it and rather unsympathetically assured us "there was a landing about halfway up the stairs we could stop and rest on."

And for the price we paid for the room there was not breakfast.

The hotel was easy to find and located near a park where I could walk with my dog.

At check-in it was obvious that they were understaffed, experiencing washing equipment problems and struggling to get rooms ready.
