Die Lage in der Altstadt war prima

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung und Sauberkeit. Die Materialien waren schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Bodenbelag löst sich auf.

Hotel bien situé, quelques points négatifs ont rendu l'experience légèrement décevante
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel accueillant. Le lit est confortable et le chauffage fonctionnait bien.

Cons:

Le store de notre chambre était cassé, la chambre n'était pas sale mais manquait quand même de propreté (rien de très gênant)

Dirty and rude
Pros:

Location was close enough to train station. There was a very cool green rotary phone in the hallway on the 6th floor.

Cons:

Dirty overall and broken elevator. Couldn't check in 2 hours early. Wasn't allowed to wait to check in at the hotel. At 3PM, check in time, the front desk was miscommunicating with a large group of guests. The front desk had very poor customer service skills and blamed problems on the internet connection. The first room I was given was 6 floors up with no elevator. It had not been cleaned. It had trash and dirty linen.
When I got a cleaned room, there was no WiFi info, the TV signal was poor, and the bedding was sparse.
