This hotel is beyond stunning. The suite we got upgraded to using a guest of honor pass was beyond beautiful. Extremely clean. Incredible views.

Really great property in the heart of stone town! Walkable to to everything in the city, very well maintained property and rooms, friendly staff, great dining options!! All the food was delicious!

We wandered in after having dinner elsewhere to play cards and have a cheeky pudding.
It didn’t disappoint.
The service was great, cards got competitive and the cheesecake and chocolate fondant were to die for….

We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Zanzibar. The hotel is beautifully located on the shore in Stone Town and is perfectly placed for exploring the area on foot.

The property is magnificent, with beautiful interiors, plenty of old world charm and very comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

We also had dinner at the Beach House, which is just a lovely five minute stroll along the seafront. The food was excellent, and the relaxed atmosphere and great vibe made it a very enjoyable evening.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, and one we would happily recommend.

We cannot thank the team at the Park Hyatt Zanzibar enough for making the start of our honeymoon so special despite the stressful circumstances. Our honeymoon got off to a bad start when Turkish Airlines lost all of our luggage, leaving us with nothing but the clothes we were wearing. Although this was completely outside the hotel's control, the team showed us such genuine kindness, compassion and professionalism from the moment we arrived.
A very special thank you to Dennis, the Hotel Manager, Fauzi Muhamed from the Guest Experience Team and the whole team. They went above and beyond to help us, arranging a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful Deluxe Room with a private balcony after learning about our situation. It was such an incredibly thoughtful gesture and made a world of difference. Having such a beautiful room and sea view while we were spending hours trying to locate our luggage helped make an incredibly stressful time so much easier, and we are truly grateful for their kindness.
Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming and genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. We inevitably had far more requests than usual because we had arrived with no luggage whatsoever, yet nothing was ever too much trouble. We always felt valued, supported and very well looked after.The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, combining beautiful architecture with luxurious rooms, excellent facilities, delicious food and an unbeatable location in the heart of Stone Town. It is the perfect base for exploring.
We will always remember the outstanding hospitality shown by the team at the Park Hyatt Zanzibar.

Dennis, Fauzi and all of the staff turned what could have been a very upsetting start to our honeymoon into a stay filled with warmth, generosity and genuine care.
Thank you all for making us feel so welcome. We would not hesitate to recommend the Park Hyatt Zanzibar to anyone visiting Stone Town and very much hope to return one day.

Our stay at Park Hyatt Zanzibar was exceptional. The stunning waterfront setting offered breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and the live music, when available, added to the relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our vacation unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to Fauood, the Concierge Manager, Ally, Mariam, and the entire restaurant team for their warmth, professionalism, and attentive service. Every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Their dedication to excellence made this a memorable stay. We highly recommend Park Hyatt Zanzibar and look forward to returning.

Nice food

Park Hyatt Zanzibar was so prevent for our last night stay! We wanted some rest and relaxation and that if exactly what we got before heading home. We were able to check in early and graciously upgraded to a beautiful room with a view. Customer service and hospitality was incredible from start to finish. The pool was perfect, the room was perfect, we are so happy we chose to stay a night and wish we could’ve stayed longer!!
