L’emplacement et le fait que ce soit un bâtiment historique

Cons:

Une panne de wi-fi qui a duré deux jours, les chambres sont vieillissantes, les parties communes également, le service de restauration n’est pas impeccable, il manquait du bacon dans mon sandwich, erreur lors de ma commande pour aller à l’aéroport. Prix exorbitant pour la visite de la ville avec un guide

Beautiful hotel but way too expensive for what you get
Pros:

The decor of the hotel and rooms, the quality of the restaurant, the staff very polite and helpful, especially Mr. Said at the reception

Cons:

Very expensive for what you get, basically not value for money. We paid in the are of $400 for a double room, this hotel and room would not be more than $200 in any of the many countries I have travelled. The pool is not nice at all and facing a very crowded, noisy public beach

Bad treatment on clearance day i was misstreated by Hussein El Ammar
Food and beverage director having my photo on his personal phone accusing me taking photo while having breakfast at your restaurant and they didnt come on sport to resolve the matter instead they attacked me on check out questioning me in chamber iam a woman they were two men i was embarrased they should brought matron atleast n not two men and i woman my self.

Lovely facilities and staff.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful.

Cons:

Our credit card was charged almost $700usd by mistake This was refunded after 4 days however our bank charged us a Aud $25 fee. The hotel refused to refund this as they did not charge it. I tried to explain that had they not charged our card originally we would not incurred the fee but they refused to refund the back charge.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality

I had an excellent stay at the Park Hyatt Zanzibar. The staff were outstanding—warm, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel’s beautiful blend of historic charm and modern comfort, along with its prime location in Stone Town, made the experience truly memorable. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Great stay right on the beach
Pros:

The Grand Hyatt is positioned right on the beach but in only a few blocks you can explore the atmospheric alleyways of Stone Town - the best of both worlds. The staff go out of their way to demonstrate hospitality, and the facilities are first class.
