To ensure a memorable New Year’s Eve experience for all our guests, the following mandatory charges will apply to any reservation that includes the night of December 31, 2025:

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Packages:

1. Alcohol Package
Includes alcohol, water, and soft drinks
Adults (13 and above): USD 200 per person
Children (aged 4–12 years): USD 90 per child

2. Non-Alcohol Package
Includes water and soft drinks only
Adults (13 and above): USD180 per person
Children (aged 4–12 years): USD 90 per child

Children aged 0–3 years enjoy complimentary access.

Deposit Policy:
For all stays including the night of December 31, 2025:
A 100% nonrefundable deposit is required for the full stay, including gala dinner charges.
This deposit will be charged at any time after booking.

Très bel hôtel avec un emplacement exceptionnel ! A deux pas de Stone Town.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très qualitatif.
Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, très bien équipées.
Hôtel très confortable dans lequel on se sent bien.

Cons:

Si je devais trouver un point négatif c'est le reveil matinal imposé par les bruits de bateaux qui partent pêcher tôt le matin ..
Mais cela l'hôtel n'y peut rien.

Amazing stay in Stone Town!
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel! The building used to be a government building and is well preserved with original charm including being built around a majestic mango tree! We were warmly greeted as World Hyatt members days before our stay via email to ensure we had everything we needed. I informed the representative that it was my husband 40th birthday celebration that we were coming for and we were surprised with a bottle of champagne, fresh fruits and a piece of chocolate cake upon arrival! The room was beautiful! Loved the lighting and canopy bed. Every night, there was turn down service where our mosquito net was drawn. Our stay included breakfast which was divine! Fresh juices, Zanzibar coffee , coconut water in the coconut ! And an amazing spread of food! Fauzi assisted us with everything we needed! We also had dinner at the restaurant both nights. When you eat outside, the stonetown cats will beg for food but the waiters clear them away best as possible. I felt very safe at this hotel and it was very close to everything in stone town! We could walk anywhere ! It’s also right on the beach where locals gather to swim. We had an amazing stay here! Also loved the deep soaking bathtub!! We woke up to chanting from the local mosques around 5:15 am which was a good wake up for me to start the day. I will always remain loyal to Hyatt. They are a consistent hotel brand!

A Wonderful Family Stay in Zanzibar
Pros:

We stayed at Park Hyatt Zanzibar for three nights as a family, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip.

The beachfront location in Stone Town is beautiful — the ocean views and changing tides made every day feel special. It is honestly one of the most stunning beaches we have experienced.

Traveling with a child, we especially appreciated how welcoming and comfortable the team made us feel. The service was warm and genuine, and both the dining and overall atmosphere were excellent. The hotel has a distinctive style that makes it stand out among other Hyatt properties we’ve stayed in.

We are very happy we chose to spend these days here and hope to return one day — perhaps next time with friends.

Highly recommended for families visiting Zanzibar.

Stunning
Pros:

We stayed at another hotel around the corner but had breakfast here most days, as our hotel had a lackluster buffet. We should’ve stayed here even though it was more expensive. Beautiful verandah overlooking the Zanzibar channel for meals and drinks, pool at one end, unobstructed views of the sunsets. The hotel’s common areas are gorgeous and we enjoyed just walking around the property and looking at it. Stunning woodwork!

Pros:

Very good stay. You can always trust Park Hyatt for their great service. The only small annoying thing is that the beach is not private to the hotel, so theres a lot of fishing boat and random people on the beach. Otherwise the massage was great and the breakfast was tasty! Highly recommend !

Food menu in general is limited & also the b/fast !

Fantastic place to celebrate an anniversary
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Staff friendly and attentive. Grounds were beautiful, we were upgrade to a large suite, not something we had requested but appreciated the gesture. Location is excellent for exploring Stonestown. Breakfast was delicious was made order eggs and barista (and fresh coconut water). Definitely a luxurious stay for us and we were sad to leave. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel and their wonderful staff.

Beautiful hotel in Stonetown
