The best stuff that I've ever had at a hotel they are all wonderful and more than willing to help figure out what you want to do in town and will help you figure out a way to get around to to experience the town havre

It's How You Do What You Do
Pros:

Besides being generally clean and inviting, what made this place the standout of the two-week trip across the country was the super-helpful and friendly staff, especially Marcus Cervantes. My partner is partly disabled, and Marcus extended himself to help us in the way a family member might have. A number of people, when asked, might help with luggage. But it's *how* they do it - grudgingly, grimly, or, like Mr. Cervantes, with a generous and good heart & looking to see what else he could do that made the difference. During our brief stay everything at this facility was excellent. But Marcus Cervantes' beautiful attitude made it memorable.

Cozy stay
Pros:

The massage chair was a good surprise. Automated coffee maker in lobby was amazing. We had other family staying in the hotel so the coffee/tea maker in the lobby became our meeting spot. The woman who put out the breakfast was exceptional with the guests.

Cons:

I found the property to be very clean, comfortable and the staff friendly. I can't think of any negatives for this stay.

very nice motel.

An excellent place, but a bit pricey...
Pros:

Front desk was like family...really friendly! Room was large and well furnished, bathroom spotless. Breakfast room lady was a full hostess, a ray of sunshine! Very quiet at end of hallway as requested...

Cons:

At $160 the quality-versus-price balance was strained.

A warm welcome
Pros:

We had a car breakdown - 8 hours from home - The staff at the hotel were gracious and accomodating while we waited for the repairs to be completed. This made the troubles we had with our car much easier to bear!

One day trip
Pros:

Great stay. The best part of this trip was the hot tub and pool. The rooms were great and clean. Overall it was a great stay.
