Unpleasant.
Cons:

The room was not clean, especially the bathroom floor. There were odors in the room - smelled like sweaty feet. The receptionist was very slow, seemed confused. There is one elevator and the back stairs. It didn't feel that safe. This could be a great location, but the place is due for an overhaul.

Very basic but there should be better for this price.
Pros:

Good location. Walkable to most of central Whitehorse.

Cons:

Room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Uncomfortable beds, terribly flat pillows, everything felt very old and stale. When we arrived in the room, there was a pair of black underwear draped over the floor lamp. How could the cleaners not notice this?! Just like they couldn’t notice that the bathroom floor was filthy.
