They were good to us, and accommodated our request for the right kind of room, which was good value

Staffs are very helpful, convenient of what we need and room were spacious. Would like to stay again.

Staff excellent. Location great; easy to find and accessible. Room is okay for the price; affordable. Guard in place; felt the security I need. The bad side: cockroaches crawling in room i stayed; worst in bathroom sink- saw a lot as soon as i turned on the light, and occasional in bed. Scared to leave toiletries bag open; find it unhygienic/ unsanitary. I won't stay in this place again.

It was a great place for I wish they had more choices to eat for breakfast, but other than that, it was a great experience

when we booked a condo unit for the family and they would not let everyone in because of limit 4 people and would not let anyone else in I book at Mannra, Thank you for being flexible and my family was so happy and comfortable to be together in your accommodation. I will always make my reservation in your place from now on. Thank you for your friendliness and being so accommodating.

Clean rooms, convenient to have 7-11 down at the same building. Not the fanciest but for its price it was worth it.

Staff were great and very helpful. Location is great. Been to couple hotels in Manila I'd say this has been the easiest access main road is next to it...For the cost,convenience and simplicity I'd stay there again..Aloha!

it was nice and simple!

Toilet not clean, there is a bad smell, floor and wall dirty, decided to buy a cleaning liquid to clean by myself the sink and the toilet bowl. The person in cleaning department accidentally checking and opened our room at 0100 am, whict we were in bed sleeping, suddenly woke up and looked at it who did opened our door, and my husband and I didn’t sleep much as we worried about it.. The following night, the next room they were making a lot of noise till 0300, banging their door all the time, talking really loud. We ending up to checking out in 1 week time instead of staying there in the hotel for 2 weeks. So we have to find another hotel to stay for 1 week more in Manila, as we didn’t sleep much for last 2 nights in the hotel.

Too many COCKROACHES and the staff are stand-offish.

Strange people sitting where security is supposed to be at night and some nights security not in their position at the front of the building.

Very comfortable esp for family trip which required family room wt living room

Not the best stay. Property is old and roaches were seen. It’s across a very busy street so you’ll hear a lot of noises. Staff were friendly though.

The staff and manager for the Mannra is very good.
