Mediocre place to stay
Pros:

The room was very small with little space for luggage of 2 people. Despite this it is a place to stay, and the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful if something was needed. Also keep in mind it is a third world country so things are different than in developed countries

Convenience Hotel with aminities around.
Pros:

A reasonable priced hotel and comfortable stay, though room size a little bit small...but security is number one!
Shopping for clothing, free gifts for friends all in one here ya...
Kids amusement indoor games are all there for you guys...
Todllers also can have their own funs, while adults do their shopping...
Can rate Amaris at 2.5 to 3-stars if compare Hotel in Surabaya. However, within Ponorogo itself, i can rate it as 3.5-stars....
Amaris neee peovide small mini bar & a small freezer would be great!

lokasi bagus..nyatu ama mall..enjoyed banget stays di disini..tp closetnya kotor...udh di ksh tau ke FO untuk dibersihkan tetap aja masih kotor...

Situated in a shopping complex where you can get everything
The room is nice for a small hotel which comes with a breakfast, however the towels have stained and smelly. Otherwise, its a good hotel

Very simple, inside a mall.
Pros:

This is a new but very basic hotel, located on the upper floors of a shopping mall. My room was extremely basic, with a view of nothing but sky and a metal roof, but it was clean and new. Wifi was pretty good. The staff were pleasant and spoke only Indonesian as far as I could tell. The breakfast buffet is simple but adequate; there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are some simple eateries and a grocery store in the mall, and at least one good restaurant is within a twenty minutes' walk. There are no taxis in Ponorogo, but the hotel can arrange for a car and driver; I was also able to get a pedicab (pecak) in front of the hotel during the daytime (but not at night).
