建物は新しくなかったですが部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです
フロントの方も親切でした
場所も図書館や動物園の近くで横浜の主要な観光地にも歩いたりバスで楽に行けました
コンビニやスーパーにもすぐ行ける距離でした

改修工事中だったので、足場が取り囲み､使えないエレベーターなどがありました

サービスやアメニティなど満足のいくものでしたが、ベットのだけは残念でした。
Pros:

息子の受験で前泊しました。
予約は6階のエレベーター近くのお部屋でしたが、フロントの方が受験生ならばとエレベーターから離れたお部屋に変更して下さいました。ホテルとしてできることはこれくらいなのでと仰っていただき、初めての受験、初めての1人での宿泊でしたが心強かったです。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

ベットにダニがいたらしく、夜中くしゃみが止まらず良く眠れなかったようです。
