Arriving at the gate, no keys left. 1 hour trying to reach anyone who can help. Eventually someone answered. Double bookin, permises fully booked. They checked me in at another hotel apprt, smaller appartment, promisses to re embers. . Nothing so far after a week. Very disappointing

Worst place I’ve stayed in ages. False advertising and horrible service. Will never stay here again.

Curtains are broken and there is no wifi and no shower gel

The linens were stained and saw blood in the bedsheet. My apartment was never cleaned whiles I was there. Overall bad experience due to the fact argues needs does mean anything to the property managers

Great position, close to Sandton, safe area. The property is comfortable. If you had a problem, it was hard to find anyone to help you. Office only open 8am to 4.00pm, and not on weekends. There were 4 of us, but only 3 forks, 2 small plates, 6 very large wine glasses, no small drinking glasses. We tried ringing the offices several times re internet code, but nobody answered.

The first apartment we stayed in was smelling of cigarette smoke. The next one did not have dish towels at all

The Epic Apartments are spacious, modern and comfortable. They are well furnished although we stayed in 2 different apartments on 2 separate visits a few days apart. The 2nd apartment wasn't quite as good as the first. The lounge carpet in the second was quite badly stained and some crockery, cutlery and glassware was missing. Overall the Epic represents very good value for money. But it is an apartment and in some respects it is lacking. No hairdryer, no dishwashing liquid or cleaning cloths and the gym is very poorly equipped. A pity, because it wouldn't have taken much to significantly improve the overall experience.

Good location, facilities are fine, just a few issues namely, bad smell (drain) in apartment. Wifi was not functional, reported twice and still no solution. Allocated parking bays were too fat from the lift to the apartment. Other than that overall stay was good.

The apartment it self was excellent. However I did have some major inconveniences.
There was no television. They had promise to correct the issue but never did.
There was no internet from 2pm until 8 am the following day. Again they promised to correct the issue but didn't. There was a strong odour coming out of the kitchen sink . It took them two days to flush the drains

Beware, no phone service, no wifi service, broken drawers, broken taps, no one cares.

The experience was good.Its not our first time staying at the epic an I must say I think the service improved. A few small things like salt & pepper and corkscrews would make the stay a little bit more convenient.

Beautiful apartments. Enjoyed everything about it.

Great home from home feel

Great apartment but little information in the apartment about locality and amenities/safety of area; tourist trips; brochures, which would have been helpful as we arrived on a weekend and the office was closed. The security person at the gate was wonderful and very helpful though.
Was recommended to take taxis everywhere but Sandton City was easy walk during day, approx 20mins; taxis after dark for sure. Gautrain station by the Mall; easy to use. Can buy card at airport and just 'load' as required for further travel.

Beats a hotel any day - far more space and just as convenient

Very happy with the stay overall.
Need to take a careful look at the apartment when you first check in to check for breakages etc. but once that's done the rest of the stay is very very satisfactory and exactly what I was hoping for.

Great stay away from a hotel, self catering and easy access

The apartment is very large, 2 bedrooms with 2 individual shower rooms.
Close to Sandton city Mall.
Full kichen appliance.
Good wifi.

This is by far the most comfortable stay I've ever had in any place. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Everything is in great condition and clean. The staff were very friendly. It's hard to find anything wrong about this place.
