There was no hot water, and there were rats daily near the pool. Even one rat was spotted in the dinning room. When I mentioned the rats to the staff, they replied that they were local rats. One staff worker said they were cute like like pets. However, the house cleaning staff were always pleasant and did a good job cleaning and preparing the room.
Big rats all over the place. Charged for refill coffee at breakfast. The breakfast had old and cold eggs every morning. Place needs maintenance really bad.

What I didn't like was the rats near the kitchen and swimming pool and the big cockroach in the hallway. Liked the location.

The picture is different from the actual, maybe because the hotel is old, but its okay, The pool is under maintenance, but i think the pool is not working anymore. Hope they will inform the guest prio of booking that the pool is not available anymore. The staff is very accommodating, the free breakfast is good.
Comfortable, ckean good service
The place is in good location walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants, bar, gift shop, hospital, banks and etc. But the cleanliness is terrible. One of the room where our friends stayed the aircondition has black mold on the filter its not being clean for years. I saw cockroaches, the bed cover is ripped off. The shower room is really dirty, shower curtain needs to be clean. I have not seen a place like that for a business. It is sad that place used to be a good and clean. Friends, my husband and myself decided to check out in our second day and we will not coming back.
The picture is different to the actual room given to us. The pool is okay. The services is poor.
The photo of the pool on the website was very misleading. In reality it was dirty, very small with little or no sunlight and no room for sunbeds. I usually spend a lot of time relaxing by the pool. With this hotel not a chance! I feel mislead and robbed. Also the bed was terrible, when i complained i was asked to change rooms. I had already done this as the 1st room i was given smelt damp.

I had what i thought was supposed to be a junior Suite, Shower was in terrible condition, furniture extremely old and in bad condition, bed was only a piece of foam on wood.

I have said this before and will say it again. This hotel is in serious need of renovation.
no elevators and no hot water. We were given a 3rd floor room and we have to climb 42 steps to reach our room. No hot water and we have to buy a portable water heater to heat up our shower water. Not recommended for senior citizens.
