Amazing Front Office Staff, especially Alisha, Sana, Bilal, Ranshini, Ms, Jayda from reservation. The staff is very amazing and friendly, always ready to assist you, smiling face always that makes you comfortable and feel like home.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and had a very pleasant experience. The room was very clean, with tea and coffee available all the time, and they provided unlimited water every day. The food was very tasty, and we enjoyed our breakfast daily at the Lavender Restaurant while watching the beautiful sunrise view. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention Arbab, Saoud, Khin, and Zume—they always took great care of us.

I stayed for one week at Hawthorn Hotel, and during my stay I really enjoyed the food. Everything was very nice, and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our breakfast every day—breakfast was awesome and the service was excellent.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Arab Soud and Judy for their very special service. They truly made our experience memorable. I can never forget the cheese omelette—it was absolutely delicious!

Lavender Restaurant has a beautiful Corniche view, and we truly enjoyed our delicious breakfast while watching the stunning sunrise over the Corniche. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, all the tables were reserved, but we requested a window table. The staff understood our request, and after a few minutes, when a couple left, Arbab, Khin , and Zune quickly cleared the table and kindly offered us the window seat.
The food was very tasty, the service was superb, and the overall experience was excellent. We will definitely return again soon
