Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Centre

Worst rooms, worst hotel, would not come here even if this was the last hotel. Our Etihad flight got cancelled, hence had to stay a night here (leaving my Mykonos hotel- around Rs 60k per night). But the only saving grace was the staff, the front desk staff was a delight and they helped us in all ways possible. But one issue with them was, they knew we were not staying here out of our will, and our luggage was at the airport, when asked for a charger, they said give us AED50, only then we can give you. Thats absurd.

Excellent service, very kind staff, special mention to room service staff, Anita, Sima, Mohammad and Mausam, who work diligently and take care of the guests room service.

This hotel is a nightclub. Thumping music all night until 3am. Management pretends to turn down and doesn’t. Not one guest slept! Etihad uses this hotel when their flights have not connected. Rooms smell of smoke and ac hardly works. Go somewhere else.

Stayed 1 night - never again. My room was above a nightclub so if trying to sleep whilst experiencing a rock concert is your thing then this is the place for you.

One of the worst stay in abu dhabi,i request calm silent room ,and they givre me 409 room its near to club. i pay for queen bed room .u guys give me twin bed.(1109) .then key card was not working in have to come 03 time lobby area
Room service is one of worst in abu dhabi. I called more than 08 time.no one pick up.then i called front and one guy said he will inform ird team.

Bathroom mirrors are not cleaned

Nice location.

Location wise is very good as its overlooking the corniche and near to all shops and restaurants. All staff are bery good too. All are smiling and ready to help whenever they see you. Good management.

Good Hotel. Food was average as there was no Indian dishes.
