Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Centre

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a good variety of options, and the restaurant serving breakfast is located on the 15th floor, providing a beautiful view — a truly delightful addition to the experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and serves as an excellent base for exploring the area, with many bus stops nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Excellent customer service, thank you Muhammed Bilal and Muhammed Summer. There was a mix up with our room (the fault of ethiad airline) and another room was sorted out after a short wait. The room was very clean and the hotel is a short taxi from Corniche beach. The food options are excellent at the hotel.

All of you couldnt have done enough, you was always there if we needed any assistance and the room was always cleaned to a high standard I will be highly recommending you to anyone I can, truly first class customer service. I stayed here for a couple of nights as part of a stopover with Etihad and was very pleased with the selection.

I have friends in Abu Dhabi so didn’t use the restaurant or many of the facilities but found the hotel well located in the Cornice.

The only slight negative was a lack of parking when my friend collected or dropped me off. There was public paid for parking but spaces were few and far between.

The staff were very friendly and efficient making check in a breeze.

It was extremely noisy at night as there is a bar/club playing music onto the early hours so I would suggest ear plugs or similar. Having had long days I was able to sleep but would rate sleep quality as poor.

That said the room/suite was lovely, plenty of room and well appointed. There was a fridge with water and tea and coffee facilities, a lounge area and a nice sized bed. My room didn’t have much of a view but given the limited time I spent there this wasn’t really a consideration.

The hotel helped grab me a taxi to get me to the airport for my connection leaving a positive experience

Absolutely the worst hotel i have stayed in Abu Dhabi.. the noise level is outrageous from the club inside the hotel.. You intend to hve a rest from the stressful week yet unable to sleep properly.. i regret staying in this hotel! please avoid this hotel as it does not live up to its famous brand

Within a short walk you had nice restaurant's, a 5 minute walk to the foreshore and a 20 minute to Abu Dhabi mall.

We had a great stay for two days in Abu Dhabi at the Hawthorn suites City Center in September 2025. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were very well set up. The restaurant on the 15th floor provided buffet meals which we enjoyed for breakfast and dinner during the two days. Though not included in the room rate the restaurant was reasonably priced and provided a great satisfying variety of items on the menu to make it value for money. Highly recommended .

This place is a complete disgrace and should not be on Etihad’s vetted hotel list. If they’re paying to be there, that’s the only explanation because the service, staff, and overall experience were appalling!
The hotel is noisy, worn down, and poorly maintained. The staff are shockingly unprofessional especially the so-called concierge Sartar and bellboy Mohammad Bilal. Completely incompetent, dismissive, and unwilling to take any responsibility when things go wrong.
We booked a tour through the hotel, got dropped at a mall, and were then abandoned by the driver (Samseer) who gave us his number and never responded. Even mall security tried calling him —nothing. We had to get back on our own via Uber. Back at the hotel, the staff claimed they had “nothing to do with it” even though they booked it. Minutes later, that same driver showed up demanding payment. Still, no apology, no accountability. Outrageous.
Also, torn bed linen, noise throughout the night, and zero respect for guests.
Etihad — this reflects badly on you! I expected far better. This hotel has no business being associated with your brand.

Fantastic spot for reasonably priced long term stay. Two supermarkets within 5min walk, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Very convenient for solo business travel, staff are top notch.

The staff are accommodating and friendly especially Mr. Umer-nang dilini. It's still The same and the place is very clean and neat.

A Comfortable Sojourn at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Abu Dhabi Our experience at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham was a warm one, replete with courtesy, high levels of hospitality, and comfort. The location is ideal too—right in the middle of Abu Dhabi, near the Corniche, and within a walking distance from the vibrant group of shops, cafes, and cultural hotspots. That made it a breeze to go around the city.

From the moment we arrived to check in, the reception team had us off to an amazing stay. Alisha, Nadia, Maham, Fawad, Muhammad, and a couple of others received us not just with professionalism, but with actual warmth and politeness. Their eagerness to assist—be it with insider information on the area, considerate arrangements, or a bright smile—had us at ease from the very beginning.

The vibe all throughout the hotel was serene and welcoming, with considerate details that count: easy check-in, spotless and airy rooms, and a staff that always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. It's not often a hotel where hospitality is made to feel so intimate.

Overall, I had a great experience with the hawthorn suits by Wyndham Abu Dhabi the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, clean, and perfect to celebrate my birthday. And good service and good room cleaning and Thanks to Mr Sonu Kumar & Hk team leader mausam and Hk manger Aslam very kindly and very helpful and make my stay more comfortable

The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. A very good long stay for business

I stayed at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Centre for just over a month during a business trip, and overall it was a very good experience.

The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in for a longer period. The location is excellent, with everything you need within easy reach.

Breakfast was very good — fresh, varied, and reliable every day, which is especially important for a long stay. The facilities were also a big plus: the gym and sauna are included in the price, and both were well-kept and convenient to use.

I cannot recall any issues during my time there — everything worked smoothly. For business travelers or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base in Abu Dhabi, this hotel is a very solid choice.

Stayed at Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham, Abu Dhabi City Center in mid-August 2025 and was very impressed with the excellent service. Ranshini went above and beyond with her attention and care.
