Pros:

The staff were lovely, location is great

Cons:

Had some problems with the night staff that helped us during our arrival. He didn’t speak English nor understood translate well enough, we found mold spots on the bedding and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. The breakfast was alright but nothing special.

The location was great.The rooms were fine clean and functional.

Cons:

We booked 2 delux rooms. When we got there my daughter was given a room on the ground floor and was told that the day after she could move rooms.
The room she was given was awful. No shower , florescent tube light, rock hard bed and tiny.
When we went to complain we were told that we had cancelled 1 room that morning which was rubbish.
The day after they were given the room next to ours , eventually, as there was no hot water in that room and they spent all day fixing it so it couldn't be used.
It must have been out of use the day before and the cancelled room was just an excuse. They were given 200 dong back as a gesture but were told it was that or a full refund but go elsewhere.
Now its a cheap and cheerful hotel. BUT I don't like lies being told.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Water refill möglich ( kein Plastikmüll)

Cons:

Der Balkon war leider mit Blick auf die Wand des Nachbargebäudes.Laute Musik bis 2 Uhr nachts, leider noch deutlich im Zimmer als Störend empfunden.

Cons:

Im Bad roch es stark aus dem Abfluss. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar, und leider habe ich eine Made im Essen gefunden. Da das Hotel direkt am Night Market liegt, ist es bis spät abends sehr laut, und am Morgen wurden wir bereits um 6 Uhr von lauter Musik geweckt.

Eszméletlen közel van mindenhez, csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. Ár-érték arányban egy nagyon jó választás volt számomra.

We decided to leave 1 day earlier.
Pros:

The location was very central.

Cons:

First room we got was towards live rock club and night club. The base and music were intolerable. Got to sleep after 3am. The second room was a bit less noisy but was on the first floor with lots of mold and humidity. Smelled like cellar. Quite awful.

Tesis temizlik konusunda iyiydi, karma yatakhane de olmama rağmen oda temizdi ve gürültü yoktu. Bu birazda kaldığınız insanlara bağlı şansıma hepsi bu konuda saygılıydı. Banyo odanın içindeydi güzel sevdim bunu. Tesis nehre çok yakın ve çevresinde bir çok uygun yemek yiyebileceğiniz mekan var. Hemen yanında bir mini market var ihtiyaçlarınız için. Personeller saygılı ve ilgiliydiler. Ve o muhteşem açık büfe kahvaltı gerçekten Asya bölgesinde bu fiyata bundan iyi kahvaltı bulabileceğinizi zannetmiyorum. Yumurtayı kaç tane isterseniz hemen pişiyorlar sıcacık yiyorsunuz. Herşey için teşekkürler

Las cortinas de la ducha con moho y la piscina algo sucia y helada. A pesar de que está muy bien situado, deberían insonorizar las habitaciones ya hay los locales tienen música a tope hasta las 3 de la madrugada

Pros:

Die Lage war Top, nur qenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Ein pool für Heißetage, zum Abkühlen, war auch vorhanden.

Cons:

Es fehlte für das geteilte Zimmer die Möglichkeit der Privatsphäre. Die Betten standen offen im Raum herum, ohne das mn die Möglichkeit hat, Gardinen o.ä. vorzuziehen.
