One of the problems was at breakfast. They should advertise a limited breakfast because when I ordered a third coffee I was told I had to pay for it.

Cons:

En tykännyt ulkopuolesta, resuiset liput roikkuivat ikkunoista.
Hotellille ei ollut pitkä matka rautatieasemalta, mutta suunta oli väärä, eli pois päin ruokapaikoissa ja muista palveluista.

Близко к автовокзалу, хороший завтрак. Удобная кровать.

Cons:

При выборе отеля имело особое пожелание наличие кондиционера. Он не работал, на что консьерж развел руками и сказал что не сезон у него для кондиционера, хотя компания букинг предлагает номера с кондиционером именно как хороший плюс. Прямой обман клиента. Так же указан в номере вентилятор, который тоже оказался сломан, на что консьерж посоветовал открыть окно. Пришлось спать с открытым окном под звук взлетающих самолётов. Хорошо что комары не атаковали . С закрытым окном невыносимо душно в номере. Поменять номер не смогли. Отелю все равно на ваше законное право получить ту услугу за которую вы платите. Букинг компенсировал 16 у.е в качестве каких то бонусов с ограниченным использованием.

Purtroppo avevo sbagliato erroneamente data di prenotazione (dal 5/2 al 5/3...), ma non ho avuto nessuna comprensione da parte della reception che mi ha "liquidato" senza trovare un "compromesso"... Ho prenotato sempre tramite Booking altra struttura in zona che fortunatamente aveva disponibilità. Pessima esperienza e pessimo supporto da parte dell'hotel.

Osoblje je izuzetno, doručak raznovrsan. Kreveti udobni, kupatilo prostrano. Železnička tanica je na 10 min laganog hoda tako da je dobro mesto za one koji planiraju obilaske dalje vozom, do centra treba 20ak minuta. U blizini je fantastična picerija- restoran.

Cons:

U toaletu mali sapun, ne tečni i po 1 mali šampon-kupka, ne smeta, ali sam očekivala bar tečni sapun. Sve ostalo ok

Patogi vieta, keliaujant tranzitu (arti BGY, labai arti traukinių stotis). Paslaugus aptarnavimas, švaru, yra vieta automobiliui.

Cons:

Interjeras, baldai morališkai pasenę, maudytis po dušu vonioje nepatogu (prisitaško visas vonios kambarys). Užuolaidos neleido atidaryti lango. Pusryčių pasirinkimas prastesnis nei kituose viešbučiuose, kuriuose lankėmės Italijoje.

Très bon séjour !
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et arrangeant. La chambre est impeccable, et la possibilité de se garer sur place ainsi que de laisser ses bagages en bagagerie est très appréciable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est un continental classique, sans particularité notable.

I would recommend this hotel
Pros:

The hotel was easy to get to from Bergamo Airport.
On arrival check-in was easy.
Staff were friendly.
Rooms were of an adequate size.
The location was not central to Citte Bassa it was only a close walk.
Breakfast was substantial and set us up for the day.

Cons:

Electric sockets required thin pins and there were no adaptors in the room. This is the only thing I could say was a negative.
