Great hotel in a nice city
Pros:

Very friendly staff, even put my bag in the room, when I did a early bag drop. Lost my phone adaptor and was loaned one too.
Fast WiFi, comfortable room with a bath.
Hotel is a traditional, maybe family owned, non chain hotel and that give a homely feel.
Good breakfast too.

Cons:

Nothing. The hotel cannot do anything about the wind buffing the outside shutters!
The likes of klausk in Helsinki, which operates a visual discrimination policy towards its guests could learn a lot about hospitality from this site.

Pros:

Nice hotel, 15 minutes walking from the railway station. The room is not big, but comfortable. We were lucky to live in the upper floor with a big terrace and great view. Breakfast is rich and tasty.

Cons:

The breakfast restaurant has limited places. Sometimes we had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get seated.

Pros:

Just 10 mins for walking to the train station. Its been really nice to stay such a that kinda hotel which looks authentic. In addition, the breakfast was amazing which i have never seen in any Italian hotels.

Cons:

A drape should be hung at the bathroom as when you take a shower at tub due to all bathroom gets wet as there is no drape.

Pros:

The hotel is located near the Central Train Station. The old city (Citta'Alta) is close, you can take the bus or go by foot. Close to the hotel is a hipermarket, Esselunga.

Cons:

In the bathroom It would have been better to have shower cabin, not bath tube.

Great value, but hard beds.
Pros:

The room was updated and the bathroom was really nice. The location was OK, about a 35 minute walk to the historic center.

Cons:

While the room was updated, the bed was rockhard, and the pillows were rockhard as well. We asked for an additional pillow that was softer, but received the same type of pillow. This made for a bad night sleep.
