Dla przepysznych śniadań warto wrócić :)
Pros:

Przepyszne śniadania. To była moja pierwsza podróż do Włoch. Wszędzie czytałam o słodkich śniadaniach. Bardzo utkwił mi w pamięci jeden z komentarzy dotyczący hotelu, który brzmiał "śniadania, jak na włoskie warunki urozmaicone". Dla mnie było wszystko co trzeba: coś na ciepło (jajecznica, jajka, parówki, nawet raz trafiłam na naleśniki), coś lokalnego (sery, wędliny, oliwki, suszone pomidory), owoce, jogurt, płatki owsiane (przeróżne do wyboru), pieczywo, herbatniki, dżemy, miody, krem pistacjowy i coś na słodko w postaci ciasta i rogalików chyba w 5 różnych smakach. Dodatkowo kawa, herbata, sok. Była możliwość poprosić o przygotowanie cappucino lub espresso. W pokoju jest lodówka, suszarka do włosów, jest też koc na łóżku dający więcej ciepła (nawet latem). W obiekcie jest winda, przechowania bagażu, z której można skorzystać zarówno przed jak i po zameldowaniu się. Przy recepcji dostępna była za darmo woda z cytryną, co jest miłym akcentem szczególnie w upalne dni. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane. Do przystanku autobusowego, który zawiezie nas do Dolnego Miasta idzie się 5 min. Dworzec kolejowy/autobusowy 10-15 min pieszo, co stanowi dobrą bazę wypadową.

Cons:

Trafił mi się pokój z wanną, co jest dla mnie minusem, ponieważ preferuję prysznic. W okolicy nie ma sklepów spożywczych. Najbliższy 2-3 przystanki autobusem. Nie ma też restauracji/kawiarni. Dzielnica/lokalizacja nie jest najlepsza ze względu na dosyć dużą liczbę uchodźców, na co obiekt oczywiście nie ma wpływu. Do dworca kolejowego 15 min spacerem, jednak odważyliśmy się przejść tą trasę na pieszo tylko raz i to w godzinach południowych właśnie ze względu na nieciekawą okolicę. Do Górnego Miasta jeździliśmy na przesiadki i zawsze autobusem, podobnie na dworzec. Z powrotem tak samo.

La atención del personal es exquisita, un hotel limpio con un aspecto muy pulcro. El desayuno es espectacular, tipo buffet, muy completo.

Cons:

Para el aspecto general del hotel y sus instalaciones, el baño de la habitación era muy arcaico. Muy frío y que la temperatura del agua se tenga que regular con dos manivelas diferentes como hace 60 años me parece increíble. Igualmente la tassa di sogiorno que pagamos ahí es la más alta que en todos los otros alojamientos en los que estuvimos. La tasa será el 7% del precio que pagues por la habitación, para que lo tengáis en cuenta antes de reservar. Nosotros lo sabíamos pero no toda la gente es consciente de ello.

Another great stay
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel once before and have another booking next month also. It is a 10 min walk to the station and from there you can get to the airport or a bus to citta alta. The hotel is clean, the breakfast plentiful and staff all very friendly and helpful. There is a 24hour reception which for a solo traveller, I find very comforting.

Cons:

There isn't anything I don't like. However the room I was in this time had a tricky setup with the shower. There wasn't a shower high up over the bath, it was on the side and no shower curtain. I still managed but maybe something to think about.

Hotel čistý, velmi retro, ale nám se to moc líbilo, mělo to atmosféru.. Snídaně na italskou 3 hvězdu skvělé - vajíčka, džus, káva, čaj, šunka, sýr, sladké pečivo, ovoce, vše čerstvé , pravidelně doplňované velmi milým personálem. Skvělá lokalita , pěšky 10 min na nádraží, Citta Alta klidně pěšky 30 minut. Personál - všichni neskutečně příjemní.

Colazione molto abbondante,
Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere Bergamo alta, il pullman è lì vicino e ti porta direttamente alla funicolare. Il Personale è molto gentile la struttura accogliente

Mycket prisvärt boende med bra läge och fantiserar frukost!
Pros:

Möjligheter till den incheckning! Trevlig personal! Kom tillbaks till nybäddad säng efter vår dagstur i Bergamo! Fantastiskt bra frukost! 10 minuters promenad till stationen!

Cons:

Badrummet var rent men det luktade lite avlopp.
