Beautiful hotel
Just returned from a 3 night stay. Hotel lovely. Staff very attentive especially the staff in the restaurant at breakfast. However we would not return as drink prices extortionate. Ordered half a bottle of wine and 1 cocktail, came to £44. The half bottles of wine were priced at £28, and they even added a service charge. Have stayed in several London hotels and not paid as much. Whilst staying at the hotel went out to two other good hotel restaurants nearby, where drink prices, the same wine and cocktail, were much more reasonable.
Room was comfortable but unable to control temperature. Heating was either on or off so too hot or too cold.

Dark, boutique vibe which we like. Quiet very comfortable modern rooms. The beds and bed linen are very good.
Additions like selection of biscuits and Molton Brown toiletries were appreciated.
Clean, comfortable, spacious room.
Stayed here one night on the way home to fife from Glasgow Airport.
Check in was really smooth and efficient & lovely helpful staff at reception.

I had an issue where a panel fell and on me . Kirsty front of house was nothing short of perfect and then Craig her manager did everything they could to apologies and make sure I was ok and changed my room and help me . When I was perfectly fine . They went above and beyond .
The hotel is lovely and clean , the food exceptional and location perfect for my meeting .

I styes here on Friday, from arriving until leaving the staff where so so lovely, they could not do enough for you. Personalised note on the bed with chocolates, glass of Prosecco at dinner, bread and soup to start all on them. The staff were so attentive kind and welcoming. Thank you so much. Cannot wait to come back xx

Staff were very good. Food was good. Dakota was better than average hotel and would stay again.
Mattress was smaller size than the bed base and could see debree through the slats. Was quite a drafty / cold hotel.
It was lush but dont come if you dont have a car that is the only bad thing and it was location

The hotel room was very good, all amenities great within. Shower and bathroom cleanliness good.
The disappointing thing was the service at dinner and and also breakfast. The service was extremely slow, and disorganized.
