Spacious room, downstairs very nice
No fridge in room and ‘sky tv’ but very limited channels worked, would have preferred to be able to screen cast phone to TV. Gym was very disappointing also which is a shame as part of the reason I booked this hotel was to make use of fitness suite in the morning
Staying over Easter weekend and arrived after a long journey. We decided to have a few drinks and bar food. We were met and served by Daniel who was so friendly and genuine. Great suggestions of food and very complementary.

Great food and accommodation

Excellent hotel, staff in every area attentive, friendly and go above and beyond in all areas; reception, restaurant, bar etc. Had a very enjoyable stay, nothing was ever too much trouble, even my diary allergy, best hotel stay I have ever had in the UK.

TV had no signal, charging socket didn't work

Good hotel in a handy location for Glasgow & the M8
It was March in Scotland so you expect it to be cold. However the room was freezing & the air con made no difference other, it was just noisy !
