Fantastic all round!
Could not fault it for anything
Dakota was a wonderful hotel and we enjoyed our stay. It was warm and welcoming, the beds were really comfortable, it was quiet so we had a good night's sleep, the waterfall shower was brilliant and staff were excellent despite us booking last minute at midnight due to issues with a different booking.
Nothing, everything was great.
Cosy as soon as you walk in reception, staff were lovely. Room was nice and spacious. Facilities were clean.
Only things I can think of is that I’m a tea drinker but just a coffee pod machine available. Sky in the room on the tele but buttons didn’t work very well and thought it may have been a smart tele but not the end of the world. Room was lovely otherwise

Comfortable bed.
Lack of attention to detail. Some flaws in room. Would have liked either 3pin socket or USB C connection beside bed. USB is outdated.
Blind control not easy to reach and frayed.
Room was clean and tidy
Bar area was dull, cocktails weren’t nice, food wasn’t great and portion sizes tiny for the cost, bed wasn’t comfortable.
Staff over the two days was EXCELLENT .. breakfast was very good.
We had dinner and main meal on the Saturday was not great, not a great vegetarian option and very limited to even the burger which was dry and just not great.
