Csodálatos volt az elhelyezkedés is a szoba is a környezet is a felszereltség is a személyzet is. Saját kisbolt, kis sétára supermarket. Minden minden, ami egy nyaraláson kellhet :) indulnánk vissza bármikor :) kisfiúnk második itthoni estén megkérdette mikor indulunk vissza???

A lovely stay in a great location

Siisti tilava huoneisto, josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja koko hotellialue siisti. Allasbaarista sai hyvät snackit, sen tarjonta oli positiivinen yllätys. Hotelilla oma minimarket, josta saa mm. vedet, leipää jne.
500m kävelymatka vanhaan Europe ostoskeskukseen, josta löytyy isompi marketti. Maisemat todella upeat!

Cons:

Kävellen ei oikein voi liikkua ainakaan takaisin hotelille keskustasta tai rannalta, sillä matka on jyrkkää ja pitkää ylämäkeä sillä hotelli on korkealla. Hotellin respa tosin soittaa taksin aina ja taksi on edullinen; 5-7e rannalle tai ostoskekuksiin Puerto Ricon keskustaan.

Nice comfy clean beds
Big balcony
The pool is great
And the onsite bar /cafe was really nice.
The breakfasts are lovely
The onsite staff are very approachable and if you have a blip soon sort it out .
The apartment are right at the top of gran canaria but the views are amazing and there's a Europa shopping centre 5 minutes away with good well priced restaurant
Try Amadeus €14.95 for a three courses .
Don't worry about getting about the taxis are cheap and lots of them
We shall most definitely be returning if only to see the cheeky roosters who live on the side of the hill 😃great fun ...

Very nice views, clean, good service, close by car to the Amadores beach

Cons:

The kitchenette could have been better furnished - t only includes the basic equipment and if you look for a drop of oil or a pinch of salt you won’t find it and need to buy everything

Not worth the money. 2* at best.
Pros:

Such a shame to give a bad review as stayed in 2009 and that was much different. We stayed here for 9 nights. Cleaners only changed towels twice. Despite them being soaked as the shower leaked. So had to keep towels on the floor. Towels were very old with holes and bleach stains. We asked reception for new towels and they said no!!! Sheets was not changed once!!! Beds were like ironing boards, Very noisy all through the night. Very little sleep any night. Also charged 3.50 euros a day to park our rented car!

Increíble!
Pros:

El chico de la recepción fue espectacular a la hora de atendernos.
La piscina muy tranquila para poder desconectar.

Lovely hotel, clean and welcoming, great value for money
Pros:

Lovely hotel, received a really friendly welcome. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Hotel is nice, didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on this. If you're looking for a clean, friendly place to stay would recommend Balcon Del Mar, really good value for money
