Important information:

The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.
Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.

Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.

Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.

In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We loved the location of hotel & the spa pool . Had a great relaxing time .
Pros:

I didn’t have the breakfast , but location couldn’t have been better .

Cons:

I was woken by the extractor fan going in the bathroom & the bin men outside . Would change location of room next time . Apart from that our stay was perfect .

Lovely weekend away.
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel in set in a fantastic location.

Cons:

Checking in time is far too late for the price you pay. It starts to become an inconvenience. Considering we also paid for spa treatments which meant our luggage was not in our room.

Incredibly good, especially the location & SPA
Pros:

Incredibly good hotel overall. The location is excellent, just next to most of the Bath points of interest. Their famouls baths are just across the street! Spa is exceptionally good, with various zones. Best way to go is about it is, however, to purchase a treatment and then visit during daytime. Otherwise, they offer a complimentary time in the morning and in the evening, but it's a bit overcrowded in that case. The restaurant is great, breakfast is great, rooms are excellent. Really, great experience. Unfortunately, they do not allow to take phones to the spa so there's no way to share the photos.

Lovely spa waters but overpriced everything

Location friendly staff

Cons:

It’s a spa hotel but as paying guests there are restrictions on use of the spa facilities you can use the spa facilities between 8-10 am or 7-9 pm or pay £70 each for unlimited access 🙃 as most people eat at these times I guess that’s the reason why those particular time have been selected 🤪. Water was not hot enough in the room shower. £50 each for breakfast 🤣
