The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.
Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.
Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.
Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.
In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Was a bit funny situation with housekeeping. We had welcome red wine bottle which we consumed and bin it. Next day after we returned from day out same empty bottle been put on our cupboard.

We celebrated our wedding day at the hotel, the room was outstanding and the staff were amazing, made our stay feel special, can’t thank them enough.

Room cleaning was very late despite request more than once.
Hand washing sink was leaking water on the floor and no action done during the whole stay, despite my frequent request.
Service/Maintenance was going on in the room above my room and was extremely noisy and we could not get rest or sleep. I complaint more than once, but the receptionist said she can not do anything and did not move to me to another room, and offered a free bottle of wine as a compensation which is extremely disgusting and I refused.
Breakfast : Food choices are too narrow and does not worth the money paid for breakfast.
The location is good and the Spa is beautiful, as shown on the hotel website.
1.Poor maintenance of the room, 2.Cracked mirror in the room,
3.the stairway carpet has obvious stains and is very dirty.
4. Main Spa room lock of fresh air flowing, its rather uncomfortable in a Spa room with stuffy air.
5. No cold bath tub is available, which is unusual, because SPA that equiped sauna, hot bath usually will certainly have cold bath.
cheap shower head, blocked bath tub, mouldy water seal by the tub.
By the time I finished off shower, the bath tub is flooded, and water sipping through the mouldy water seal so the bathroom floor was flooded.

Location is excellent. Staff were more than excellent. Theroom was great.
The only main problem was that I had to pay a lot of money for the Parking which was a bit far from the hotel. The hotel should provide vouchers or reimbursement for parking!

The front desk staff were absolutely useless and not friendly at all. The rooms have some wear and tear (some rot & spots of mold in the bathroom) which took the ‘luxury’ away.
