The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.
Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.
Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.
Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.
In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was in a wonderful location. The room was lovely and comfortable. The staff were friendly.
There were black hairs over the floor in the bathroom but I was still charged an extra nightly cleaning fee for each night I stayed. I would’ve thought the nightly fee would be included in the initial booking price, and it is disappointing that on top of that the bathroom wasn’t actually cleaned properly. There was only one cluster when I first entered the bathroom upon check-in, and I got a plastic bag to remove them, but then it seemed more appeared after the clean. Or I missed some initially. I am blonde so it is not my hair.

Tardan mucho en contestar a preguntas de la reserva antes de llegar y las respuestas son contradictorias a lo que te dicen por teléfono o una vez llegas al hotel. No es propio de un Small Luxury Hotel!

Beautiful hotel. Very traditional with gorgeous spa facilities. Staff were lovely and in a prime location
Dust on picture frames and a few missed cobwebs but certainly didn’t spoil our stay. Breakfast was pricey but beautiful surroundings and lots of choices. Spa was very busy Friday and Saturday evenings when hotel guests are allowed access but Sunday night was much quieter. Glad we booked for 3 nights to maximise the value.
Spa facilities were great though very limited access for guests so we couldn't easily fit around an evening out in Bath. Very central location, easy access.
I was surprised as our room felt small for the price and "executive" title.
