The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.
Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.
Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.
Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.
In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Bed was uncomfortable
asked for champagne and flowers in the room when we arrived , and it was there waiting , great service ,

From the moment we entered the hotel we were impressed by the helpfulness, efficiency and friendliness of the staff. I can honestly say that every member of staff we encountered maintained that standard. They were exceptional. The hotel was also beautiful, the room was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The SPA is just a little part of heaven.
We knew that we were booking some luxury at the end of a trip, and the price reflects that, but we both felt that we received a premium product and were happy to pay an appropriate price for it.
Oh, and by the way, it's only a few minutes walk from all of the Central 'must visit' sites.
The fact that it doesn't have a car park can't be helped, given its central location. There is limited space at the front door to unload/reload a car, if that's how you're travelling. The concierge was very helpful in this regard.
The whole property smelt amazing! Before even entering it had the signature scent of Elemis. It was divine! A beautiful hotel, modern but also timeless inline with its surroundings. A beautiful hotel

The rooms are a little tired.
The towels were rough and thin and very small. The shower/bath drainage was very poor. It meant showering in a pool of water up to my ankles
I could hear people above walking around loudly.
