The hotel is serving, breakfast and small lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 until 10.30. For guests who booked a rate including breakfast, we would be pleased to assist with pre-booking your table in our restaurant. Please contact us for assistance.
Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.
Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm. Afternoon Tea is served from 3pm until 5pm and would need to be pre-booked 24hours in advance.
Dinner is served from Tuesday until Thursday from 6pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 6pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays and Mondays.
In-house guests will have complimentary access to the Bath House from 8am to 10am and from 7pm to 9pm daily. Access from 10am to 7pm will be exclusively reserved for guests who are having treatments in Spa Village or purchase the Spa Experience Access. Kindly note that children aged 15 years and younger are not allowed in the Spa Village.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

- had to pay extra if you wanted to use the pool like 70 quid per person (again, that should automatically remove the 5th star)
- the food was vile (steak easily bought from Tesco's)
- no availability in their supposedly private car parking
Feels like the five star classification is an absolute scam
Great location, direct access to hot spring water in the spa
The mattress was too soft. Breakfast was not worth 30 pounds per person. And they charge 70 pounds per person for 3 hour access to the spa if you come outside the complimentary hours (which are not convenient of course).
Beautiful spa, very comfortable and spacious room.
Wasn't thrilled that our spa session was interrupted by a 1-hour long senior water yoga session.

Wonderful welcome! I arrived by car and they had made a note of my car registration plate so were able to come out and greet me by name and then give excellent and clear directions to the hotel car park. They staff were consistently welcoming and warm, and took care to remember my name and greet me personally, which was nice.
The room I had was spacious and comfortable, and the spa area was well-equipped.
The gym was dated and the treadmills were effectively out of order -- really need to spruce that part up!
The breakfast was ok -- but 'just ok'. Not a huge selection on the buffet. There were options you could have cooked to order but for the money I expected something a bit more elaborate.
The bar area is quite small, so be prepared to queue for a seat. I think they could also offer some little nibbles in there to elevate the experience.

A great location in the centre of Bath. Impeccably clean with professional friendly staff throughout the entire hotel. This is our go to hotel in Bath as we love the spa and the breakfast is fabulous too.
The rooms were spotless, the staff were all lovely and the facilities were incredible and in a perfect location.
