Chegamos no hotel e nossa reserva havia sido cancelada! Aqui no booking constava como ativa (inclusive permanece como se nós tivéssemos nos hospedado, por isso posso comentar aqui). Simplesmente falaram que estavam com overbooking e não tinha quarto, o atendente disse que não podia fazer nada, que não era responsabilidade dele e que a gerente não estava, disse que tentaria ver em outro hotel da mesma categoria, mas resolvemos por conta própria e encontramos um hotel alguns quarteirões de lá. Tomem cuidado, pois cancelam sua reserva sem informar nada!!
