Bueno pero deberia mejorar más
Pros:

El Hotel muy céntrico, cerca de la cinta costera, de estación de metro.. Buenas estructura, cuenta con estacionamiento, personal atento y amable

Cons:

Lo que si no me gustó para nada es la presencia de cucarachas, chiripas y insectos varios en la habitación y encima de la cama.. Todos los días salían más, deberian hacer una fumigación o enfocarse más en resolver ese tema que es bien importante.. Y otra cosa, es que en la habitación que nos tocó los enchufes estaban malo, teníamos que cargar los celulares en el baño que era el único que servía

Disappointing
Pros:

Location next to restaurants and large supermarket. The hotel driver who picked us up at the airport was very friendly.

Cons:

The reception was not adequately staffed. The poor woman could not handle all the people checking in, which resulted in long waits. There should be two people at the reception.
Our room was disappointing. From the window we looked directly into a large wall only 2 meters from the window. Inside the room the walls were swollen and had holes due to water or humidity.
It is far from a 4 star hotel but at most a 2 star

L’hôtel pourrait avoir un vrai potentiel si la propreté était présente.

À notre arrivée dans notre chambre nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir une chambre très sale, cette le lit était propre fait tout les jours, les serviettes pareil, mais obliger démarcher en chaussures dans la chambres tellement que le sol était sale nos pieds collait au sol et pareil pour la salle de bain.
Pour l’internet au débit moyen elle ne fonctionnait même pas .

Pros:

quarto amplo, com banheira, Localização ao lado da estação de metrõ, de supermercados e farmácias e proximo à Cinta Costaneira. Equipe simpática.

Cons:

A limpeza do hotel é bem precaria, piso sujo tanto no quarto quanto nas áreas comuns, vaso saninário com louça lascada.Café da manhã com poucos itens e desleixo na higiene das louças (havia xicaras sujas no buffet).
