thanks God there are no many guests from UK who are mainly impolite and rude and always drunk. for that reason I decided to book it by travel agency. good variety of food, very good comparsion price/standard. nice roomos cleaned every day. a quite long distance from the airport
This hotel, is not in anyway suitable to holiday makers from the UK.
The vast majority of guests at the hotel are Eastern european/Russian.
The hotel is tired, outdated, and is nowhere their supposed star rating.
The food is repetitive and bland, and of a poor quality, eg turkey stew, bland pasta, inedible fish etc.
The location is not you would expect of a resort hotel.
There are a few shops selling tat, and no quality restaurants any where near.
The room will not get cleaned if you don't ask , the bed and towels would be left for the week if you do not beg! Toilet has not been cleaned for a week nor the floor! Dirty dirty dirty!
Also to get a sunbed around the pool you need to be up at 6.30/7 o'clock in the morning BUT if you leave your bed for an hour your bed will be taken with the clientel !!! laughing in your face when you ask for it back!
Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else.
Just came back from 9.night stay with my family. Was a bit worried b4 the trip as the reviews where mixed.
I have experience with All Inclusive.
I have no idea what poeple where complaining about as food was amazing, such a huge selection 10/10. Pools and slides where amazing, but note slides are open twice a day(10-12 and 2-5). Music is playing all day long, entertainment good, animation team awesome. Drink variety could be better, but that's the only negative, no cocktails. All in out awesome holiday, would definitely return. Thank you.
My experience with the NoxInn club was pretty bad. When I was booking the hotel, I looked at the photos of the rooms and thought ah It's luxurious, I went with my dad and his girlfriend. We got to the room and The air-con was broken, The fridge was not working and the hotel room was completely not looking like the images shown. We had To pay extra for things advertised as 'free' and that was pants. Horrible.
An average hotel with poor quality reception staff particularly the young lady who wasn’t very helpful
The food is ok with a good choice and the catering staff are all very nice
The rooms outside of the main hotel are not as good as the main hotel rooms and need updating
No free wifi in the rooms
Beach is a good 5 min walk away and not very good unless you go further down
Don’t bother booking trips with reps plenty of choice outside of the hotel
The food was absolutely rubbish they served brocoli and other vegetables for breakfast everything was with fries or rice if any body from GB wants to visit this hotel I would definitely think twice about it, they mostly cater for the Germans Polish and Russian which is ok but the food had no taste and was very sloppy, the actual hotel in my opinion is not a 5 star I have stayed in 5 stars before and this does not rate as one of those , apparently they rate it as a 5 on the basis of their facility's granted the pool was nice they only had 4 small slides this was the only decent thing about the hotel ,oh sorry it was clean aswell but there's certainly nothing to write home about this hotel very poor
My recent stay at a 5-star hotel in Turkey was a budget-friendly adventure, and as avid travelers accustomed to various accommodations around the world, my family and I had both positive and negative experiences to share.
Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with rooms that were well-appointed, though somewhat dated. Nevertheless, they were consistently kept tidy and clean, thanks to the daily housekeeping service. The staff was friendly, although English wasn't widely spoken, communication was manageable.
However, it's essential to note that this 5-star hotel didn't quite meet European 5-star standards; I would say it came closer to a 3.5-star rating at best.
One of the more peculiar aspects of our stay was the El Carte restaurant. Unlike traditional a la carte dining, we found ourselves with little choice as the staff continuously brought food to our table without our input. This experience felt more like an extension of the all-inclusive buffet, offering nothing notably different. While it was an interesting concept, it was a bit odd.
Speaking of the buffet, the food was predominantly local cuisine, with limited options catering to English tastes. The menu grew repetitive during our stay, with a notable exception being the Turkish Night on Saturdays, which featured a variety of delicious meats. Overall, the food was decent, with plenty of salad options to keep us satisfied.
The hotel's pool, unfortunately, didn't live up to expectations. Situated at the back of the property, it was mostly covered by the shade of the hotel from 2 pm onwards. This, coupled with the freezing water temperature, deterred all but a few brave souls from taking a dip. Even those who did only managed a few minutes in the chilly water.
On the brighter side, the entertainment and animation were engaging, providing a fun atmosphere for guests. However, the volume of the music during the evening shows was excessive, making it challenging to put children to sleep before 11 pm.
As for the beach, it wasn't something we wanted to visit frequently. infact for 10 minutes. It felt more like a construction site, though the pontoon was a good sight, it was a sloped beach which made sunbathing impossible. The hotel did offer a shuttle golf cart for a ten-minute ride to the beach / hotel, which was convenient, but the overall beach experience was less than inviting.
It's worth noting that while the daily ice cream offerings in the orange garden were a delightful highlight, they were only available between 14:00 and 16:00. This limited timeframe, though, made those sweet moments even more special, creating a pleasant sense of anticipation during our stay.
Wifi: The 'Free' wifi you get with you booking is only available in the lobby of the hotel, if you want to pay, it's around 14 euros per 7 days for a single device to gain access. This code cannot be shared with other devices, so once it's entered onto one device it is bound to that device, if you have a travel router, i'd recommend using that.
Payed Wifi is great and accessible through the rest of the hotel, including the rooms.
In conclusion, our budget trip to this 5-star hotel in Turkey was a mixed experience. While it had its share of drawbacks, including the pool and beach, there were redeeming qualities in the entertainment and some aspects of the food.
However, it's important to keep in mind that the hotel's star rating might not align with your expectations.
We went with the kids on a last-minute offer and didn't expect much.
From the moment we entered the hotel, it felt like we were being waited on. The staff were super kind. The room had a very nice view of the pool. The balcony was big and clean. There was always such a positive mood in the hotel.
The room was cleaned daily. towels and bed linen were also changed. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The orange garden was very beautiful. Of course, it is not a 5* hotel in the European sense, but it is still a strong 4+.
selection of food was a bit poor, but no one goes hungry.
The beach was really tiny and not the nicest. But we used the beach next door for swimming and sunbathing.
What tourists don't know is that the beach is open to everyone. It doesn't matter which hotel beach it is. We put down the towels and enjoyed ourselves. luckily September is so hot today.
Anyway, if you want to rest cheaply but still in a humane way, this hotel is very ok! I have been to Turkey 10 times and some very good hotels have been worse than this one.
You will not find such warmth and kindness in Turkish hotels. Even when leaving at 4 o'clock in the morning, they were kindly sent away. We wish you success and luck
Best review good and bad.
Hotel grounds: pleasant enough and staff work hard to keep everywhere clean and litter free.
Rooms: very basic to say the least. We had two single beds and they were very small. If I had rolled over I'm sure I would have fallen off the bed. I'm 5ft 1 and medium frame.
The rooms were cleaned regular but as I say very basic. The step into the bathroom was broken and could have caused injury if you wasn't careful.
Guests: The hotel was predominately polish and as a Brit you were outnumbered and they were not interested in socialising with you. In all the time I was there (1 week) I spoke to 3 other sets of British people who all had the same moans as me.
Drinks: again very basic Gin, Vodka, Whiskey, beer, wine. Prosecco. Cocktails were limited and each time the same cocktail was a different mix. Drinks were not premium and quite weak!
Food: breakfast you will get your usual continental along with last nights leftovers. Nothing really English related. I made do with bread and a boiled egg. Fruit consisted of apples water melon and peaches every day, oh and maybe rock hard plums.
Dinner : salads were good but the hot options you don't know what your eating and again catered towards polish guests. I always managed to find something but it was not great and definitely not 5 star quality. Desserts were the same thing day in day out and all tasted like squares of blamamge just in different colours with maybe a different topping on I.E squirt of cream with a strawberry slice or slice of orange.
You wasn't served drinks at any of the servings unless you tipped. You basically at to get your own.
Juices were not fresh and tasted like cheap pop.
Entertainment : well this left a lot to be desired. Kids entertainment went on until 10pm and no matter where u sat in the hotel complex you would here songs literally aimed at 5 year olds. After that you would get some electro type music that after 3 doys of it I find it irritating. Not pleasant and again not catered for brits. The entertainment again was not 5 star I would say more 2 star.
Summary
This is nowhere near a 5 star hotel I would say 2.5 and that's been honest and fair and based on all of the above. If you notice on the amount of reviews which was 285 when I posted this. I have a feeling a lot get deleted because the hotel would have more than that over time and taking into account how long the hotel as been standing. I got a really cheap deal in comparison to what the other brits paid and would have been really annoyed if I paid anymore than what I did. £460. For the week. I got a button vibes with the entertainment and it was in noway professional I would say more amateur and aimed at polish and kids. Would I go back there? NO is my answer by the end of the week I couldn't wait to get home. I would go as far to say the evenings were boring unless u went out!
terrible, staff are rude, service is slow, food is tasteless and limited - they managed to find bad fruit IN TURKEY!!! That's an achievement in itself!
