Pros:

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were excellent, with special mention for Libby, Daniela, Fran and Juan-Jose. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable and ideally situated close to local restaurants, bars and the beach. That said we enjoyed the hotel’s bars and dining facilities too. The quality of the fresh food was good and seemed to cover all dietary choices. The Saloon Bar did feel like a crèche in the evening with children racing around despite the child related activities (ages 3 - 6) ending at 2100. Fortunately the SkyBar tended to be more adult orientated. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Pros:

Nice hotel, courteous staff.
The rooms need soundproofing. I could hear the person snoring in the next room. Also, heavy chairs being dragged across marble floors make for a very noisy environment.

Good was good . Staff were lovely. Hotel was clean.
Several bits of Gym equipment and most of the spa were faulty. The sauna worked , but the door to it didn’t. The ice cave was not cold . The steam room was just warm ….

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit wirklich super netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Allerdings ist es dort so hellhörig, dass man morgens um sieben Uhr schon senkrecht im Bett steht, weil es so unfassbar laut ist. Wäre das nicht gewesen, wäre es perfekt.

Lovely hotel with superb rooftop bar
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shops and restaurants of Can Picafort.
Breakfast options are varied and good quality.
The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders.
The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent.

Nice stay, they also earn money from guests with the drink options in the dinner, even if you book half-board with dinner included it does not include drinks, they charge high prices for a small coke or for a water, you might end up spend a lot only on the drinks. There is an Aldi close to it where you can buy drinks for less than 1 euro each can or bottle while they charge 2.90 or 4+ euro for each, be aware.

Poca empatia con los clientes.
Pros:

Hotel muito grande y lleno, nos dijeron que no tenían personas para el servicio de cuarto. Si pedíamos algo, nos informaban para ir a buscarlo a la recepción. Apartamentos distantes de la recepción.

Ein Kampf um jeden Tisch , viel zuviele Leute, und das in der Nebensaison.
Kantinenfeeling, mit ganz vielen schreienden Kindern, mit mittelmässiem Essen, als Vegetarier gibts halt immer das gleiche.
Der abfluss der dusche war verstopft, der wurde dann halt erst am nächsten tag gemacht. Ich finde, mehr als 3 Sterne hat dieses Hotel nicht verdient.
Auch das aus Umweltgründen keine Shampoos, Duschhauben, Body Lotions etc mehr im Zimmer sind, ist lächerlich. Das darf in einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht sein. Nicht jeder hat Lust, im nicht vorhandenen Bademantel und den nicht vorhandenen Schlappen (wohlgemerkt in einem Spa Hotel) erst zur Reception zu gehn und sich das nötigste herausgeben zu lassen...
