Super séjour pour la 3ème fois dans ce magnifique hôtel à Portinax ! Les équipements sont top, le personnel accueillant

Cons:

Bon séjour malgré la météo pourrie
Pros:

Le nord de l’ile est vraiment le meilleur endroit loin de la foule. Attention beaucoup de marches à monter et descendre

Cons:

La demi-pension n’inclut pas l’eau et ce n’est pas vraiment expliqué au moment du booking
La suite inclut un jaccuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas

Pros:

Het was een fijne kamer. Goed bed.

Cons:

Ik voelde mij niet altijd op mijn gemak omdat er een een man van de bediening te veel aandacht aan mij schonk, ik had continue het gevoel dat hij iets van mij wilde.

Great location, lovely breakfast lots of choice, nice pool area, staff went above and beyond.. for a 4 star honestly couldn’t ask for more

Belle piscine, bien exposée et calme.
Repas de bonne qualité.
Jolies petites plages à proximité.
Cours de yoga.

Bruits dans le couloir le matin.

Pros:

La struttura è in posto incantevole, ovviamente è necessaria l'auto anche se i mezzi pubblici funzionano bene, colazione e cena ottimi molto vari,camera con vista mare,staff cordiale.

Cons:

Unica pecca è la bevuta non compresa nel prezzo in più cosa molto vetusta firmare al tavolo la ricevuta di consegna della bottiglia,pensavo non esistesse più questa modalità, l'avevo trovata in una vacanza nel lontano 1992....siamo a tavola e non è per niente igienico toccare una penna che hanno e che toccheranno altre centinaia di clienti.

Posizione top ma da rivedere le accortezze per l’ospite considerando il prezzo

Posizione perfetta a portinatx vicino alla spiaggia e ai locali che ci sono

Cons:

Tantissimo rumore, insonorizzazione pessima! Le cameriere la mattina fanno un casino pazzesco urlando e sbattendo le porte delle camere, a volte peraltro non passano a pulire. Inoltre se si usa il bollitore con caffè granulare non c’è l’accortezza di fare refill ogni giorno nonostante lo abbia chiesto in reception e sia un plus incluso nella camera.
L’acqua in camera è solo di cortesia, se ne vuoi altra devi comprartela.

Excelente localização, staff prestável e atencioso. Óptimo pequeno-almoço.

Infelizmente a nossa experiência foi altamente condicionada pelos nossos “vizinhos” de quarto. O facto de terem sido extremamente barulhentos de noite e dia, obrigou-nos a contactar a recepção praticamente todos os dias da nossa estadia. Chatices que impossibilitaram totalmente a intenção de descanso que tínhamos em mente para estes dias.
A limpeza dos quartos também deixava a desejar. Limitavam-se a trocar a roupa de banho e pouco mais.
Wi-Fi funcionava muito mal e na grande maioria do tempo só conseguíamos recorrer a internet através de dados móveis.

Les chambres étaient magnifiques !!! Les employés de l’hôtel sont extrêmement gentils!
Le spa + les 2 piscines sont fabuleux ! Rien à dire
On n a pas eu le temps d’essayer la salle de sport pour juger 😁😄😁
La plage privée + les bars juste à côté c un graaaand plus à prendre en compte !
On va sûrement y retourner et ce sera notre adresse à Ibiza ❤️
