Friendly staff. Clean facilities, beautiful pools and gardens. Excellent location.

Cons:

We were half board. At the evening buffet service, any drinks including water had to be purchased. I think drinking water should have been complimentary at the very least. If we didnt order a drink the waiting staff instantly removed all the glass wear from the table. It felt aggressive and awkward


The hotel wifi did not worh for 2 days with no explanation as to why the Internet was not available at the hotel. It made things challenging when you need to check in on line for the flight home and also to be able to see your online banking etc.

Predivno osoblje hotela. Ljudi koji rade na recepciji, u restoranu, u baru, sobarice...Svi su za 10. Uvijek nasmijani, ljubazni, pristupačni i spremni pomoći. Bravooo!

Pros:

Mooie locatie en vriendelijk personeel, vooral bij ontbijt.

Cons:

Parkeren.
Let op: parkeer alleen in de vakken en niet bij een gele streep ook al staan daar vele auto’s, wij hadden de eerste ochtend gelijk een boete. Balen, hadden ze het ons maar gezegd bij inchecken, hadden we die verplaatst. En handdoekje leggen bij bovenste zwembad verschrikkelijk.

Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble !
L'hôtel est très bien situé, avec un accès direct à une plage juste en contrebas absolument superbe. Les chambres étaient propres et le ménage impeccable au quotidien. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié. Mention spéciale pour le personnel, particulièrement gentil et accueillant tout au long du séjour.
Deux points à améliorer cependant :
Le stationnement est compliqué : pas de parking garanti pour les clients de l'hôtel, et il est souvent difficile de trouver une place.
Autour de la piscine, beaucoup de clients réservent les transats dès le matin en y déposant leurs serviettes sans les utiliser ensuite. Ça limite fortement l'accès pour les autres. Ce serait bien que l'hôtel mette en place une règle pour éviter ça.
Malgré ces bémols, un très bon séjour que je recommande.

Pros:

Absolutely beautiful location. Beach is stunning and the pool is stunning. The staff in reception were lovely; the room was great size and lovely balcony. Special mention to the breakfast and shout out to the omelette maker. Delicious! Would stay again.

Cons:

- Have to pay for the safe in room and the whole situation was more difficult than it needed to be.
- Complicated to get beach towels.
- The reviews we read previously regarding the cleaners was soooo accurate... they literally did not leave our room when we came back from breakfast and were quite rude and took all our towels and didnt give us new ones. It was all a bit strange.
- Bed was very uncomfortable until they gave us a mattress protectors which helped.
