I would recommend staying here!
Pros:

This was perfect for a large families. I have never seen a hotel room with three separate rooms! There was a pool but my family was only there one night and didnt use it, but it looked nice. I love that we could walk to eat and to the island with my three year old and it was not bad at all. It was also very close to one of the dinner shows!

Cons:

Parking was not the best and the elevator was a bit scary. It needs some maintenance. It almost looked like water or moisture damage. There is only one elevator so there was long waits.

Pros:

It was only a few minutes from the ballfield where we were playing.

Cons:

The bed was super uncomfortable. When we turned on the spa slime, hair and dirt came out of jets.

Pros:

I loved the location. Close to Wears Valley to get to Cades Cove, ready to drive to Gatlinburg, and that I could walk to The Island. Great value.

Cons:

The elevator had a bad odor. That's about all I can think of.

Great location & views, needs upgrades, basic cosmetic upgrades and better housekeeping

Views, staff nice & friendly

Cons:

Dirty, minor cosmetic repairs but overall dirty, mattress pad had a stain, no ventilation fan in bathroom, paint peeling off the ceiling over bed, flakes from the ceiling came down on bed
