Pros:

Location to the Island

Cons:

Dirty. Uninviting. Rundown. In need of repair. Both ice machines were broken. Office is unavailable at times. Found big roach in the bathroom.

Pros:

The Mountain Vista was close to a lot of different places.

Cons:

We had a room where you could hear the elevator all day all night long. Pillows were flat and had no ice no hair dryer swimming pool was cold

Would be a great stay if it was cleaner.
Pros:

Room was spacious.Suite had 2 bathrooms, with nice updated showers. Very nice view of the Island and the Parkway. Very convenient.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean. Dusty and grimy smears on glass top table and windows. Water pressure was terrible. Pool was small and didn't look clean.

Cons:

The coffee was awful
I wasn't told til I got there that I needed to pay $50 deposit after I fully paid for the room online making us have to cancel one plan
Couldn't find a luggage cart had to lug it 7 floors

Pros:

How close we were to the island.

Cons:

The hotel room. For 655 for 2 nights, I expected to have pillows and a bed that were at least fluffy. Instead, I had pillowcases that made air seem fluffier. We had 2 remotes, got another remote for the 3rd TV. It probably worked for someone else's TV, just not any in our room. The mattresses were flatter that my pillows. I felt every spring. Rooms had no locks. AC had tape holding it up and I'm assuming keeping insects out. The pool also looked like the gray lagoon. Toilet and shower were practically conjoined twins

Staff wasn't bad.
