We didn't care for the pool it looked dirty. But everything else was fine.
The pool wasn't clean very weird looking water.

We checked in and took all of our luggage to the suite.
We had to cancel our reservations due to the room being filthy, (completely disgusting)! There were 3 roaches in the room, big food crumbs all over the living room, open soap bar in our bathroom, we checked the mattresses for bed bugs (like we always do anyplace we stay), and our daughters’ bed had tons of food particles, big crumbs, little crumbs, a strip of what looked like smeared feces, yellow stains, and crusted other stains, and a dead roach all under the sheet. When we respectfully confronted the front desk woman, telling her we weren’t happy with the room and couldn’t stay in it, she said there were NO other rooms available, so she said she would give us an hour to look for reservations elsewhere. After 30 minutes, we got a text on my phone from the manager threatening to not refund our money if we didn’t come get our luggage out of the room. When we told him the front desk lady told us we had an hour to scramble and find somewhere else to stay last minute, he said if we weren’t there in 10 minutes, he was calling the police. They said we would get our money back, but have yet to got a refund, and this was on Saturday, August 1st. Please help us with this!!!

Not enough parking close to the hotel. We had park across the street. Some of the lights and plugs did not work in the room. It was missing the hairdryer.

Mop your floors walking in the room your feet are black get rid of ants fix up the elevator area sanitize ice machine every day little more lights in pool area change the gold blanket looks dirty and clean windows so you can see out.

Very outdated. The elevator smelt really bad every time. Lots of things in the room were rusted or didn’t work.
Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The room was filthy, and to make matters worse, we found a cockroach crawling in the room. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a place that charges people to stay there.
When we immediately brought the issue to the manager’s attention, we expected at the very least a refund or some effort to make things right. Instead, we were met with zero concern and were refused a refund. The lack of cleanliness is bad enough, but the complete disregard for customer service made the experience even worse.
I would never stay here again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t make the same mistake we did—stay far away and spend your money somewhere that actually values cleanliness and its guests.
