Even the food .. we will return for the view and the stuff. Best infrastructure in Turkey and best stuff

This the paradise of Turkey, the best infrastructure and comfort stay . Everything like facility and view is amazing . The stuff is best trained and polite from many world class hotels . I am staying 2 months each year in Mandarine Palace Abu Dhabi by business , this hotel is better view and nature .

Cons:

Bir this value the kitchen is not good. The steaks and chicken meat are like plastic .. this will s not the delicious Turkish food. Actually may be is in the start of season . I eat with more passion on the Turkish airline free food court when I leave . The meat wraps on the airport was better .

Service was excellent, the staff was incredible! Super friendly, extremely clean, beautiful resort! The rooms were amazing!

Cons:

Some of the prices were a bit ridiculous, the food at the restaurant is extremely expensive for relatively small portions. Although the food is delicious it’s overpriced as well as some of the service such as laundrey for example. Very very expensive but you can tell the staff goes above and beyond for you to have a great experience

Exceptional hotel and staff
Pros:

Perhaps the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at! The room and facilities were exceptional - all super high spec, spacious, private and luxurious. The food at Sofra for dinner and breakfast was amazing, lots of choice for vegetarians too. And all the staff went over and beyond time and time again and they paid extra attention to make our stay so memorable. The standards were so high from all the staff, but special mentions to Beyza and Mehmet in the spa facilities, our assistant Idil, and all the team at Sofra and welcoming us every time we entered the property!

Непонятна стоимость услуг, стоимость блюд в ресторане. В меню одна цена в счете другая. Все цены в евро, а не в долларах.

Good but standard not met
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice hotel, views are good, clean, good gym, nice beach, hotel grounds good.

Cons:

Most restaurants closed already so food variety was not good - Hakkasan disappointing and main restaurant not enough turkish food. Most things not available anymore, so maybe they should just close the hotel.
Kid friendly but not extraordinary, they charge 10€ for a babycino, kids food too expensive also. No plush toys, drawing things or any small amenities. Other hotels in this category provide plenty of that, which is obv not a must but a nice gesture!
Cats all over the restaurant, it’s not very hygenic.
Butler service was not consistent and a couple if important things were nit carried out although confirmed.

Fantastyczny pobyt w Mandarin, który spełnił nasze oczekiwania.
Pros:

To miejsce tworzy personel, który przez cały okres naszego urlopu dosłownie stają na głowie, by niczego nam nie brakowało. Nasza Pani Opiekun Rufeida była wręcz wspaniała.

Cons:

Ceny niektórych dań na plaży były mocno przesadzone. Ponadto obsługa w restauracji Blue Beach zdecydowanie odbiega od pozostałego personelu. Był to zdecydowanie najsłabszy punkt naszego wyjazdu.
