No air conditioning…was boiling once off the ground floor. The bathroom was tiny and the sink and bath both had chips taken out of them and the bath plughome was rusty .the shower in the bath was old and you had to get the temp just right on the mixer taps not much fun when you needed a quick shower

The rooms are INCREDIBLY dated and non-functional. While I can appreciate a vintage charm, this hotel is bordering on derelict. I couldn't tell you where the money charged for staying here is going because it certainly isn't back into the property. Walls are cracked, floor boarding is water-stained and moldy, and it needs A LOT of TLC. Beds are uncomfortable, and decor is dated, and poorly hung (literally nailed into the wall crooked). Rooms do not contain fridges. Bathrooms are antiquated and non-functional (e.g., shower head extremely low, bath/shower combo that is difficult to get in and out of, cheap thin shower curtains that do not stay closed). Plastic/linoleum flooring has been added to bathrooms, probably to cover mold. Our shower flooded the living quarters (the bathroom floor was completely dry). My friend and I both developed coughs and colds after staying here due to the dust and mold.

We visited during a heat wave, causing uncharacteristic temperatures for London. There was no ice available or ice buckets, and no water was offered despite city wide goverment warnings about the heat. Our first room had one window that opened onto a closed-in roof/atrium (pictures included) that caused ZERO airflow, easily over 85/90 degrees in the room. This made the room unbareably hot with the weather. When we asked if there was anything they could do, they said they were "aware" that the room was hot and that they couldn't move us until morning. We were told to open our window. That night it stormed heavily, and the carpet flooded. Our second room was cooler as we had a breeze from the street, but still not ideal. There were limited fans available for the rooms to use.

No A/C! Even with fans, and we are thankful that they were provided, the room was still incredibly warm

Konditsioneer oleks olnud hea aga selle puudumine oli muidugi ette teada. Olemas olid ventilaatorid. Hommikusöök oleks võinud veidi mitmekesisem olla.

Ei ollut kunnolla siivottu, ilmanlaatu huoneessa oli todella huono ja aivan liian lämmin. Kylpyhuoneessa oli todella likainen ja vanha kylpyamme ja likaiset suihkuverhot. Todella huonossa kunnossa oleva vanha hotelli. En suosittele hotellia kellekkään.

Needs a caution hot waters in bathroom as hot water gets very hot.

Shower head not good for tall people.
Taps a little hard to turn if you have issues with your hands.

Needs a option step offered to help get in and out of bath if you have mobility issues.

rapporto qualità/prezzo non il massimo, l’interno dell’hotel era abbastanza datato, il bagno non ha la doccia (solo vasca). Il problema più grande? non c’era l’aria condizionata e questo ha sicuramente rovinato il nostro soggiorno

Struttura vecchia da rinnovare, camera inadeguata per 300€ a notte, 4º piano caldissimo e maleodorante ... Aria condizionata assente in tutta la struttura, ma per il prezzo davamo per scontato che ci fosse ... Siamo entrati e usciti all'istante, chiesto rimborso delle 4 notti pagate in anticipo, ma ci è stato risposto che non potevano farci nulla e che quasi nessun albergo ha aria condizionata ... Per fortuna abbiamo trovato un albergo molto carino con staff molto gentile e aria condizionata a pochi passi, zona Lancaster Gate ... Pessima esperienza
