Very good, ask the staff anything they were ready to help you, Very helpful

Cons:

The tv in our room some channels were no very clear, so that needs addressing, the shower room the tile grouting needs addressing, the toilet was making too much noise needs addressing

Horrible. Rundown.Run Forest Run!!!
Pros:

Staff is very pleasant and friendly.That is the only good thing about this rundown property.

Cons:

The place is rundown and should be shut down and renovated. The manager told me it is a 3 star hotel then why is it advertised as 4 star? That is called fraud . I was charged 3 rooms when I got there. First room was so rundown and dirty, second room had no hot water third wasn’t anything better. Flooring that is completely disconnected from the floor shower and windows full of mould. Just a rundown horrible property.

Très belle expérience à recommander à des proches.
Pros:

L'emplacement, la réaction du personnel face à la problématique des chambres et le sur classement proposé.
La disponibilité du personnel à nous faire visiter la ville après notre conférence et la qualité de la nourriture.

Il faut également ajouter à cela le confort dans les chambres.

Cons:

L'attente au moment du check-in mais cela a vite été réglé.

Posizione e personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

La camera era molto grande e spaziosa, ma il bagno era orribile. Sembrava tutto molto trasandato. C’era una grande cucina in camera, ma senza nessuna stoviglia a disposizione non aveva nessun senso.

Pros:

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. From the reception to the restaurant to the cleaners and the calmness of the environment. Wycliffe was exceptional 👌.

Cons:

Sometimes you don't get the hot water running which made bathing difficult sometimes
