we will formally report this case to the Kenya Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) also to Booking.com

We have clear photo and video evidence of cockroach infestation, severe hygiene failures, broken bathroom facilities, dirty windows, mosquito problems, and unacceptable room conditions. Everything is documented.

This hotel is dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable. There were cockroaches in the room and even in the breakfast area near the toaster. The rooms smelled strongly of dampness, the windows were extremely dirty, mosquitoes were everywhere, towels were missing, and basic cleanliness was clearly neglected.

Several things were broken, including toilet seats, and no proper action was taken. The staff were not helpful, and the overall service was poor and unfriendly.

I would strongly warn anyone against staying here. This hotel does not meet even basic hygiene and maintenance standards. Please do yourself a favor and do not book this place.

My stay was satisfactory.
Pros:

Room is very spacious and the breakfast was good. It had a good range of varieties. Also the room has a kitchenette, which may be ideal for long stays, or for people with special meal preferences.

Cons:

Booking.com billed my card, which seemingly was not the expectation of the hotel. I hope this will be resolved well.

Exceptional service
Pros:

The whole experience was awesome. The receptionist Gillian Tracy and Peter were so welcoming and ever helpful. The hotel is near the shopping center which made it convenient as well.
