Cons:

The room was full of dusty it wasn't even looking like it was prepared for guests to check in.
We booked a standard room then upgraded to an executive room which was so disappointing.
We requested for wine glasses then we were told that the hotel doesn't have any it was disappointing for a hotel not to have wine glasses.
The guy working in the afternoon shift was very friendly and helpful but the one working night shift was rude not friendly
