estadia suficiente pelo atendimento e localização; a internet não é suficiente para trabalho em call

Cons:

A internet é muito ruim; dependia dela para meu trabalho e não tive a contento, não atendeu às expectativas; impossível fazer videochamada/call e acessar plataformas; se for a trabalho em home office, não conte com esse hotel.

Dias de descanso e lazer em Cuiabá num ótimo hotel que atendeu minhas expectativas;.
Pros:

Quarto familiar (para 4 pessoas) limpo, espaçoso, café da manhã bem servido e gostoso com algumas opções de comidas e bebidas regionais, pessoal do atendimento e da limpeza muito educados e cordiais.

I liked it!
Pros:

Good hotel with helpful staff in the reception, good location in the city for pick-ups for Pantanal tour. If you dont speak Portuguese, Spanish might come in handy (like in all of Brazil). Clean, neat and spacious room with a good view from 8th floor. Breakfast buffé was good too.

Cons:

Me colocaram em um quarto do último andar apenas com forro (sem laje) e com temperatura de 12 graus.
Pedi para trocar de quarto e falaram que não tinha na minha categoria.
Na manhã seguinte pedi para falar com a gerência e rapidamente me acomodaram em um quarto decente.

Conforto e hospitalidade no centro de Cuiabá
Pros:

O MT Palace é sempre minha opção em Cuiabá. Não tem surpresas negativas e de vez em quando tem uma positiva, como up grade de quarto (desta vez não foi possível, pois o hotel estava lotado com uma Convenção). Quarto amplo, TV enorme e com muitos canais, café da manhã excelente (não falta o tradicional bolo de arroz, delícia da culinária cuiabana). Reposição rápida, mesmo com o hotel cheio. Equipe fantástica. Para os que estão com pouca bagagem e querem economizar, tem um ônibus urbano que passa no aeroporto e segue para a rodoviária que tem ponto em frente ao hotel.
