Conforto e hospitalidade no centro de Cuiabá
Pros:

O MT Palace é sempre minha opção em Cuiabá. Não tem surpresas negativas e de vez em quando tem uma positiva, como up grade de quarto (desta vez não foi possível, pois o hotel estava lotado com uma Convenção). Quarto amplo, TV enorme e com muitos canais, café da manhã excelente (não falta o tradicional bolo de arroz, delícia da culinária cuiabana). Reposição rápida, mesmo com o hotel cheio. Equipe fantástica. Para os que estão com pouca bagagem e querem economizar, tem um ônibus urbano que passa no aeroporto e segue para a rodoviária que tem ponto em frente ao hotel.

Gutes Hotel für die Zeit vor und nach dem Besuch im Pantanal. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption. Besonders hervor heben möchten wir Eloisa, die uns in perfektem Englisch bei allen Anliegen mit Rat und Tat zu Seite stand.
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Für uns beim Frühstück zu wenig Auswahl an Wurst und Käse (an allen Tagen je nur eine, die gleiche Sorte).

Pros:

Die Auswahl des Frühstückbuffets war groß. Das Personal sowohl im Restaurant als auch an der Rezeption- war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Eloisa , die uns in perfektem Englisch bei allen Anliegen geholfen hat.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück zuwenig Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, dafür zuviele, zu süße Kuchen und Kekse. Typisch brasilianisch halt.

Instalações reformadas. Funcionários atenciosos. Cama confortável. Boa localização. Café da manhã ok.

Cons:

Wi-fi fraco, não funciona com diversos apps. Iluminação só com lâmpada fria, precisa trocar por lâmpadas quentes nas arandelas junto a cama.

Pros:

Gostei da localização e das pessoas. Bom atendimento e quarto limpo.

Cons:

Por outro lado, não gostei do cesto do banheiro não possuir tampa. Além disso os pães do café da manhã não são fresquinhos.
