Ein preislich attraktives Hotel mit inbegriffenen Frühstück, das jedoch in Sachen Sauberkeit im Badezimmer, Preistranspa

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war insgesamt in Ordnung, das Frühstück war dabei inbegriffen. Ein hoteleigener Parkplatz war vorhanden und das Schlafzimmer selbst war sauber.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz wurde auf Booking mit 10€ pro Tag angegeben, vor Ort wurden jedoch 23€ verlangt. Beim Check-in händigte uns eine Rezeptionistin eine Karte mit dem Zimmercode aus und informierte uns, dass das Zimmer noch nicht bereit sei. Da beiden Rezeptionistinnen im Voraus bekannt war, dass wir zunächst mit der Metro in die Stadt fahren, war dies für uns kein Problem. Dennoch riss uns eine zweite Mitarbeiterin die Karte aus der Hand mit der Begründung, wir würden diese noch nicht benötigen und sollten später zurückkommen. Die Art und Weise war sehr unhöflich. Zusätzlich wurden wir gebeten, unser Gepäck im Auto zu lassen, da es angeblich keine Möglichkeit gab, es im Hotel zu deponieren. Im Badezimmer befand sich an sämtlichen Ecken und Kanten der Dusche schwarzer Schimmel und es roch unangenehm feucht. Zudem war ein Badetuch verschmutzt, wurde auf Nachfrage jedoch problemlos ausgetauscht.

Pros:

Personale gentile anche se è stato il check in più lungo della storia...da come ho capito avevano entrambe le postazioni con stagisti che stavano imparando a fare il check in...

Cons:

La stanza non aveva possibilità di aprire le finestre, non c'era l'aspirazione in bagno. Diciamo che per una notte andava bene perché la posizione è comoda vicino allo stadio.
