ロケーションもよく、コスパ的よくおすすめなホテル
Pros:

滝までも歩いていくことが出来る。
こちらで予約した旅行会社の送迎の時間が変更となり、連絡を取ろうとしていろいろ調べてくれた。
エアコン付で快適だった。
シャワーはハンドル式ではないが、水圧もあり暑いお湯も出てストレスにならなかった。
スーパーまでは歩いて15分程度。
日本人も多く泊まっていた。
敷地内にマッサージがあり、アフリカンマッサージが気持ちよかった。

Cons:

バスタオル1枚しかなく、フェイスタオルは備え付けがなかった。

Personalas labai paslaugus ir profesionalus. Padėjo susiorganizuoti turą paskutinę minutę, kai neatvyko užsakytas turo operatorius. Vieta patogi lankyti pėsčiomis Viktorijos krioklius, šalia yra geras restoranas. Viešbutyje yra būtiniausių prekių parduotuvė.

Pros:

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel within a 10 minute walk of Victoria Falls. Good range of options for breakfast. Very good restaurant onsite serving Chinese, Sushi and English dishes. Also close to other restaurants and the Elephants Walk Shopping Centre.

Friendly budget basic hotel in great location
Pros:

Great location near restaurants and markets plus easy walk to the falls. Excellent staff.

Cons:

The rooms were tired. Pool area had an about 4 sun beds and one of these was massively broken.

At the hotel bar, it is a big problem with the payment with card, and if you pay cash sometimes they don't have change.
By card practically it is impossible to pay.

Happy with N1
Pros:

My wife and I stayed four nights at N1 in March 2026. The hotel was fine, and we enjoyed the pool in the humid conditions at Vic Falls. The property is well located - you could probably walk to the Falls if you wanted to, though we took a taxi instead.

The hotel does a basic but adequate breakfast and there are two or three nice bars and restaurants within a very short walk - 'The Smokehouse' is just across the street, with 'Three Monkeys' a little up the road. Both of these were fine. There is a small convenience store in the hotel itself and a few other shops a 5 or 10 minute walk away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the transfer we'd arranged with them from the airport worked well. Overall, we were pleased with our choice and would happily stay again if we return to Victoria Falls.

The location is excellent, just about a 10-minute walk to the falls, which makes it very convenient. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Cons:

The only downside was that the room felt a bit small, which might be something to consider if you’re staying longer or have more luggage.
