Personnel tres agreable et attentif

Cons:

La chambre 120 est très petite et tres bruyante.
Les fenetres ne ferment pas et de l’eau tombe des climatiseur en goutte a gouttes dehors. De plus vue sur le toit en tole...

N1 Comodo e Centrale, per noi è andato benissimo
Pros:

La Posizione centrale e molto comoda per tutto. La Pulizia, le lenzuola candide e di cotone, le abbiamo veramente apprezzate. La Gentilezza dello staff in generale, e in particolare della ragazza della colazione. I ragazzi della Reception ci hanno dato il contatto dell'autista. Praise è un ragazzo gentilissimo e molto puntuale, che offre servizio taxi con un van pulito e spazioso. Ci è stato utile anche per consigliarci dove acquistare, dove mangiare, dove prenotare il "Flight of Angels". Grazie Praise!!!

Cons:

Le camere sono troppo piccole. La colazione non è inclusa. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è un po' troppo alto. Comunque a Victoria Falls Town i prezzi sono tutti troppo alti, essendo un posto molto turistico.

Good enough but a bit small and noisy
Pros:

Convenient location in the center of town. Walking distance to the falls. Decent beds (two single beds). Coffee, teas, hot water in the room. Good AC. Free water dispensers in the hallways. Lobby shares offices with Savannah Adventures which is an excellent tour company.

Cons:

Hot water in the bathroom ran out after only a few minutes of shower. Room was a bit small, very tight fit in the bathroom. Odd-numbered side of the building faces The Smokehouse Restaurant which gets very rowdy on Friday and Saturday nights. Even-numbered rooms are quieter. Pool needs to be cleaned more often.

Muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Buenísima ubicación. A 10 minutos andando de la entrada de Victoria Falls. La habitación doble es correcta y hay muchos servicios en el mismo alojamiento. Muy buenos restaurantes y tiendas de artesania al lado.

Cons:

La decoración es muy simple, pero la buena ubicación justifica sin dudas la elección de este alojamineto.

Hôtel bien situé et accueillant. Chambre correcte
Pros:

L’endroit est très central et en sécurité.Accueillant et nous organise de tout ce qu’on a besoin.

Cons:

La chambre 223 est côté restaurant voisin, donc assez bruyant.
La politique de prix n’est pas transparente, les prix affichés au comptoir de la réception ne correspondent pas à la réalité.
A l’intérieur de l’hôtel se trouve un Shop vendant de l’alcool et celui-ci est accessible depuis la rue.
