Pros:

Location is the biggest attraction and the helpful staff. There is also a few tour booking desks inside the N1. Also clean and tidy for families on a budget.

Cons:

A bit outdated and in need of a freshen up but this is to be expected. Family room though was fairly modern.

Very happy with the stay.
Pros:

location relative to the Falls was great. Part of our group camped as well - great to be able to do both. Local restaurants were very good! Nice to be close to banking when travelling. Hotel staff were very accommodating - we had bicycle boxes that Vincent provided a space for. The laundry service was very good.

Well done, the model and pricing is far better than expected
Pros:

This is exactly what is needed and expected for my purpose to the Falls which was work. Infact, it would be good even for holiday purpose as there is a lot to be done around Vic Falls outside ALL hotels
