Outdated rooms, ineffective air conditioning, and poor customer service made this a disappointing stay for our family.
Pros:

The location was decent and within walking distance of the beach. One of the managers tried to help within her limitations and was polite during our interactions.

Cons:

We booked this hotel at the last minute after our original accommodation cancelled on us just hours before arrival. The photos online looked much better than the reality.
We arrived at around 4:35 PM as a family and had to wait approximately 40 minutes before our rooms were allocated. Despite travelling together, we were given rooms on different floors. Since access to each floor required a room key card, we requested an additional key so that we could easily check on our children. The hotel initially refused, saying they had no spare keys available.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. We had booked sea-facing rooms and were looking forward to resting after a long day of travel. However, the rooms remained hot and uncomfortable despite the AC being switched on. We called reception, a technician inspected the unit and said he would report back, but nobody followed up. When we contacted reception again, we were simply told that the AC was working normally and nothing more could be done.
Our requests for a room change, including for the second night, were refused due to a lack of availability. The only solution offered was a standing fan. When we asked for a refund because of the conditions, we were told the booking was non-refundable.
To make matters worse, the in-room safety locker was also not working when we tried to store our passports and valuables, requiring yet another visit from maintenance.
Overall, the hotel felt old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The service lacked flexibility and problem-solving, making what should have been a relaxing family stay a very disappointing experience.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Meeresblick zu einem günstigen Preis.
Pros:

Das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel, bot mir ein sehr geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer mit Badewanne und einem tollen Meeresblick. Das stets superfreundliche Personal, war immer bemüht meinen Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Der Strand ist in ca 5Min. erreichbar, verschiedene Restaurants, ein Kiosk, Friseur, Maniküre, Pediküre und ein Waschsalon mit 4 Std. Express-Service - alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe - fußläufig erreichbar. Nochmal ein Dankeschön an die wirklich sehr fleißigen Mitarbeitenden dieses Hotels.

Cons:

Oben die Scheiben der Rooftop-Bar waren genauso wie die Scheiben der Tische nicht sauber, als ein Gast seinen Tisch verlassen hatte wurde dieser Tisch auch nicht gesäubert -obwohl außer mir nur noch 2 Gäste anwesend waren. Hinter der Theke ein großer Haufen Kartons ( 2 Tage später immer noch da) und der nicht oder sehr schlecht beleuchtete Billiard-Raum lied auch nicht unbedingt zum verweilen - spielen ein. Ein paar zwar sehr hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Empfangsdamen an der Rezeption konnten leider kaum oder nur ein sehr schlechtes Englisch - das ist etwas schade für ein 3 Sterne Hotel in einem aufstrebenden Da Nang. Das Frühstück endet schon um 09:30 und nicht wie wo anders auf dieser Welt (Singapur, Thailand und z.B. Österreich) um 10:30.

Cons:

Le personnel peux sympathique, la piscine qui n’est pas en état de marche lorsque l’on arrive et personne ne sait pourquoi, le matériel indiqué qui ne fonctionne pas par exemple le frigo alors que nous avions réservé la chambre pour ce dernier par rapport à un dispositif médical qui devait rester au frais pendant notre séjour. Nous avons dû changer d hôtel sans remboursement ou geste proposé par l’établissement

Находится близко к морю, это единственное что самое классное

Cons:

Напишу правдивый отзыв‼️ сама прочитала и подумала, вот тот отель что нам подходит. Но‼️В холе гостиницы нет или не включали кондиционер, очень душно и некомфортно. В номере в ванной не уходила вода. Номера маленькие не соответствуют, тем фото и описанию что указаны на букинге. Номер был забронирован на 4 человек ( семью) , а в номер всё складывали для 2 гостей ( вода/ полотенца / и тд) Персоналу вообще ровно на ваши просьбы !

Пляжных полотенец у них нет!!!
Что б взять полотенце у бассейна, то нужно постараться!
По поводу завтраков очень мало всего. Пару кусочков арбуза и бананчиков Не успели взять , то уже и не принесут больше. Кофе если закончился , то и будет стоять пустой кофейник. Ничего не докладывают.
Единственный плюс это уборка идеальная и чистота номера.

Nice hotel in a good location, a little further away from the hustle and bustle.
Pros:

The room was large enough for our family of four and the room and sheets were nice and clean. The air conditioner worked well and kept our room at a nice comfortable temperature considering the 34 degrees Celsius temperatures and high humidity while we were in Da Nang. The room had a great view out to My Khe beach over the Premier Apartments across the road. The pool is good up on the roof and has a good cover so half of the pool remains shaded from the sun most of the day. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, and the staff were lovely in the restaurant. Next door is a great restaurant, Ut Van, which cooks great meals for very reasonable prices, which our kids loved when not eating banh mi's.

Cons:

The refrigerator in the room didn't keep drinks cold, only cool and was not able to be adjusted. The television in our room was unable to be used, we could get it to turn on, but then not get anything to work (trying multiple sources) and the staff at reception didn't understand what we were trying to explain when we spoke with reception about the television. Although the room we booked said it would sleep 4 and the ages of our children (16 & 11) were inserted at the time of booking, we ended up having to get a rollaway bed added to the room (extra 2,450,000VND for 7 nights) as there was no way the four of us would fit on the initial bedding.

Équipement désigné dans l’annonce non fonctionnel ou non disponible comme la piscine. Personnel très peu accueillant et très peu aimable

Nicht viel.

Cons:

Der Schimmelgeruch, die Ratten die vor dem Eingang rum laufen. Der dreckige Pool mit Schimmel im Whirlpool,der ekelhafte Spa Bereich. Das Frühstück war Standard,nichts besonderes.

Pomimo zatęchłego zapachu w pokoju wynikającego chyba z nieużywania a po intensywnym wietrzeniu po dwóch dniach pokój odzyskał swoją wartość, przestronny ,czysty i w miarę komfortowy. Obok budowa więc o ciszy gdy leją beton zapomnij. Blisko do plaży, sklepów i restauracji oraz wypożyczalni skuterów której nie ma na mapie ale skuter pełen pozytyw. Obsługa uprzejma i pomimo tego ,że pobrali mi dwa razy za pobyt sami się zorientowali i pieniądze zwrócili na konto. w Da Nang jest masę różnych hoteli ale gdybym miał wybrać drugi raz zastanowiłbym się ale hotelu na pewno nie skreślałbym z listy.

El hotel tiene varios años y los aire acondicionados son viejos, hacen ruido y andan mal. Con mucho calor como hace siempre, es un tema importante.
La foto de la piscina que atrae en Booking, debe tener sus años. Hoy tiene una esquina con la venecita toda despegada. En el área de piscina hay solo 3 reposeras y donde supuestamente te ofrecen algo de tomar, hace un calor tremendo, ni un ventilador y el personal rara vez está.
Por un “late check out hasta las 18” me querían cobrar la misma tarifa que una noche completa en Booking. Una vergüenza! Lo solucionamos con el Day Pass en el Sheraton. Altamente recomendable, que además el 80% de lo que sale lo usas en consumisiones.

Pros:

Тихий спокойный отель. Полностью оправдал наши ожидания. Персонал был дружелюбен. Хорошие вкусные завтраки. Не такие разнообразные как в 5* отелях, но за время нашего пребывания нам ни разу не надоели. Всегда был выбор блюд. Номера убирали регулярно. До моря минут пять пешком по красивой дороге между виллами с пальмами и цветущими деревьями. Пляж хороший. Чистый песок и пальмы, под которыми удобно отдыхать.

Cons:

На входе в отель достаточно высокая лестница. Нам это не мешало, но для кого-то это может иметь значение. Кафе и ресторанов по близости не много, и они закрываются достаточно рано. Но они все же есть, и голодными не останетесь )
