I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

I genuinely enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was cosy and very clean, food in the hotel restaurant was amazing, breakfast was delicious. All the staff members I met were exceptionally kind and helpful. I will gladly return here.

I will happily return to this hotel.
Pros:

I loved that hotel - very clean, stylish and comfortable, with an amazing restaurant, and some of the kindest and most helpful staff members I have ever met. Located in the very city centre, it was also incredibly convenient for me. I will happily return there when I am back in Punta Arenas.

Hotel em um prédio antigo e muito bem conservado. Quarto muito confortável, chuveiro muito bom, aquecimento otimo. Café da manhã de qualidade e equipe muito atenciosa.

Hotel bonito e bem localizado em frente a praça de armas e próximo de restaurantes e lojas. O bar Shackleton dentro do hotel é lindo.
