Magnifique bâtisse. Emplacement central

Cons:

Nous étions côté rue et avons passé une très mauvaise nuit. Le bruit était incessant, le simple vitrage n'aidant pas à améliorer le confort auditif.
Petit déjeuner standard, literie également. La bâtisse étant classé il n'est sans doute pas possible d'améliorer l'acoustique entre les chambres par contre à minima le vitrage.

Old fashioned grand hotel in the centre of town
Pros:

Great location, nice clean warm rooms. Free secure parking (only space for 4 cars, first come first served). No packed breakfast but they made a box lunch for us, no extra charge. We collected at 6am and it was the best packed meal we had In our entire stay in chile.

Cons:

Nice, Bit overpriced for what it is. Seems a bit tired. The worst was the bar restaurant, it was 20.30 on Saturday night when we sat down in the bar/restaurant and were politely advised it would be an hours wait for food. So we ordered just drinks and waited 40 minutes for a beer and cup of tea to arrive! Seems like they are trying* for something fancy but can’t quite deliver.

Regular no era lo que pensé, valor calidad.

Estuve hospedado con mi señora y mi hijo de 11 años , en el hotel existe un museo , que una dama en la primera vez nos invitó a visitar, después fuimos por segunda ocasión y eran las. 7:04 pm y una persona hombre que trabaja ahí fue muy roto al comentar que a las 7 pm se cerraba de una manera muy prepotente, la cual mi señora le comentó que sólo tomara 5 fotos no más de eso , el de manera prepotente pidió que salga del lugar que estaba cerrado , mi señora le preguntó, Usted está enojado le ocurre algo , él responde tengo una seña y. deben salir .lo comenté en recepción lo ocurrido. 2 ) anoche habíamos preguntado a partir de qué horario se podía empezar a desayunar por la mañana, ya que a las 7:30 am ya pasaría el trasfer, a recogernos para llevarnos al aeropuerto y no había desayuno salió una joven y comentó que no tenía idea porque no estaba listo el desayuno bufet, salimos con mi señora y mi hijo de 11 años sin desayunar del hotel , uno como cliente paga un hotel que sea cómodo elegante y con desayuno

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Ubicación, gran decoración. Buena calefacción y acceso.
Desayuno adecuado. Estacionamiento limitado, pero disponible en cercanías, sin problemas
Personal disponible y muy amable

Cons:

Un poco pequeñas las habitaciones, pero para nada malas. La remodelación compensa el espacio.
