Hotel con valor histórico. Muy bien ubicado
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Buenas camas y almohadas. Muy limpio y el personal muy amable. Es un lugar bastante tranquilo. El edificio es una verdadera reliquia histórica muy bien conservada.

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser mejor. Pocas opciones. El café no es muy bueno o no esta bien preparado. Lo mantienen en viejos termos y solo tienen un tipo de café.

Beautiful hotel downtown Punta Arenas
Pros:

Perfect location downtown, beautiful building and restaurant, very nice staff, spacious rooms.
They allowed us to check in early once the room was ready, which was very appreciated.
Private parking on premises.

Pros:

L'emplacement de cet hotel, son architecture, son histoire, la pièce du petit déjeuner, le petit déjeuner....c'est superbe

Cons:

La chambre située au 1er étage : petite, la fenêtre au niveau du sol sur 60cm de hauteur, sur la rue principale...pas terrible.
La salle de bain petite également, pas de possibilité pour poser sa trousse...pas terrible.

Magnifique bâtisse. Emplacement central

Cons:

Nous étions côté rue et avons passé une très mauvaise nuit. Le bruit était incessant, le simple vitrage n'aidant pas à améliorer le confort auditif.
Petit déjeuner standard, literie également. La bâtisse étant classé il n'est sans doute pas possible d'améliorer l'acoustique entre les chambres par contre à minima le vitrage.
