Guest Reviews
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was great, but what truly made my experience special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived until the moment I left.
They welcomed me warmly, upgraded my room without any hassle, and when I decided to extend my stay for one more night, they arranged everything very smoothly. They also organized my transfer, and I really appreciated that there were no unexpected extra charges.
The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. When I arrived in my room, I was also surprised with a lovely welcome lemonade cocktail, which was such a nice touch.
What impressed me the most was the personal attention from the staff. When it was time for me to leave, they gave me such a warm farewell. The team even took a photo with me and prepared a beautiful sign with my name on it. It made me feel truly special and appreciated.
Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, hospitality, and for making my stay in Boracay so memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay!
All good
Excellent service
Clean, comfortable and the staff were amazing
I loved the proximity to the beach from the hotel, only a 5 minute walk! On the days that we opted to stay in, there was a great pool which was very relaxing for the family. The staff also graciously upgraded one of our rooms so that the entire could stay on the same floor. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay, from towels to toiletries to drinks, we were very well pampered here.
親切的服務人選，套餐式選擇多樣化很好吃，住五天都吃不膩，地點絕佳，距離D mall和水上活動渡船頭走路都是五分鐘，附近的按摩店應該是全島最便宜，超方便
The staff!! Really friendly and accommodating.
The location! A 7-minute walk to D’Mall and other local stores. Transportation can also be found nearby.
The room! The bed is comfy and there’s enough space to arrange your things.
This is for remote workers but the Wi-Fi can get kind of slow and unpredictable
Personale molto gentile e professionale, ottimo ristorante forse il migliore dell'isola,
La colazione troppo ripetitiva se si soggiorna a lungo, mancanza totale di frutta
Best service. Best staff.
All about the property is amazing.
