Pros:

This was my second stay at Ferra Premier, and once again everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the entire experience went smoothly from start to finish.

I truly enjoy staying here and always feel well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

Great people and ideal location
Pros:

The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve come across. They prepared a birthday surprise for me in my room as it was my birthday a few days after check out, which I really appreciated. Also, the location is very convenient, with Station 1, 2 and Bulabog beach just a short walk away.

Cons:

The road of the hotel is narrow and is frequented by scooters and e-trikes, although it is only a short walk to the main road so this is very minor.
