Great location, right in the center not far from the square. There are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Very charming and cozy, with a homely feel—extremely comfortable and warm. The interior is interesting.

Great staff, very accommodating and friendly. The day of check out we weren't leaving town until 6pm and they held our luggage and let us use the tea room as needed during the afternoon. Very helpful on a rainy, windy day. Location was perfect as we could walk everywhere.

Cons:

The safe deposit box was not working and they didn't know how to fix it, nor were we offered a different one.

Bom atendimento, bom café da manhã, boa localização, próximo da praça central, comércio e orla. Hotel antigo, mas reformado, mantém seu estilo inglês.

Cons:

A calefação do quarto só funcionou na última noite de hospedagem. Nas demais, dormimos com o ambiente bem gelado Foi necessário colocar a cabeça embaixo do edredom. De nada adiantou avisarmos na recepção.
