Pros:

Gostei muito da localização do hotel e do conforto que ele oferece pelo valor. Os funcionários também foram muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

O hotel, apesar de muito bonitinho e confortável, está um pouco velho em alguns pontos e poderia ser melhorado. Mas nada que tenha prejudicado nossa estadia.

Charmoso e aconchegante
Pros:

O atendimento é excepcional, destacando em especial a equipe da recepção como Claudia, Jonatan e Juan, e as meninas da limpeza. As camas são super confortáveis, a localização é ótima, perto de supermercado, restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Além de ter televisão smart e café/chá/água na recepção durante 24h. O prédio é histórico, muito charmoso e aconchegante e foi uma mansão no passado de Punta Arenas.

A internet poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Liked our stay, particularly the staff. A charming place.

Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Location was excellent. Near plenty of restaurants, historical sites, the waterfront, etc.

Cons:

Not certain about other rooms, but the one we had was quite small for my wife and I. Because of that alone, if I had kids with me, I’d look for a place with larger rooms.
