Pros:

There is a mini fitness centre at level 3, which was not mentioned in the website. A surprising find.

The power outlets are universal as well, there is no need to use a travel adaptor, nice.

Wireless mobile charger are available as well.

Cons:

You are unable to log in multiple mobile devices using the wireless wifi login.

Pros:

It was newly renovated and generally well located. They also offered a beer at a happy hour for their guests. Staff were pleasant.

Cons:

We failed to sleep. There was a party next door which went on until 5am within a room. We contacted reception twice and they eventually ejected the guests. It's not the hotel's fault but the thin walls and cliente left us with a soured experience.

Alloggio fantastico in una delle diramazioni di Sukhumvit, vicinissimo allo street food della zona e a diversi servizi come massaggi, lavanderia, parrucchieri e ristoranti! Staff molto accogliente e solare, stanza ampia con aria condizionata e tutti i confort necessari per un soggiorno di alcuni giorni! La colazione è uno dei punti forti, disponibilità di buffet con frutta, verdura, tramezzini, yogurt e altro, più una scelta dalla cucina, ottima per partire alla scoperta dii Bangkok! Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla struttura, la pulizia e la presenza molto gradita dello staff! Torneremmo assolutamente!

DIRTY! NOISY! READ CAREFULLY NEGATIVE COMMENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRUE!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NOISY! DIRTY(street noise will not let you sleep)! NOT HONEST MANAGER! We have all trace of chat and emails of our issue if hotel want to claim there is something not true about our review. After we read comments of other clients carefully in google and other platforms we found that we are not first to have this issue. We booked and prepaid a six-night stay at this establishment via Booking.com, based on a listing that described it in particular as “recently renovated.”
Upon arrival, the actual condition of the property proved to be substantially different from the description presented on the platform. The common areas and the rooms show clear signs of wear and deterioration (damaged carpets, old and worn furniture, low-quality room doors with insufficient sound insulation). Rooms facing the street are heavily exposed to external noise pollution, while those on the opposite side have no windows.
A major failure was identified with regard to hygiene and health safety standards. The room’s air-conditioning system, which is old and noisy, is installed directly above the bed. When the cover was opened, the filters were found to be heavily clogged, with an accumulation of dust and visible mold. This situation represents an objective health risk.
This issue was of particular importance, as my wife was staying in Bangkok in connection with a recent ophthalmological procedure requiring a strictly clean and healthy environment. In light of these circumstances, continuing the stay at this establishment could not reasonably be considered.
We left the hotel after one night and immediately reported these issues to management, requesting a refund for the five unused nights. The response we received was limited to a refusal based solely on the “non-refundable” clause, without any consideration of the identified deficiencies or their seriousness.

Sehr Zentral, komplett neu und schön, sehr nettes Personal, gemütliche Betten, sauber - all in all wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft

Cons:

Man hat leider in der Nacht das Geschehen draußen mitbekommen..wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, wäre ein Zimmer Richtung Innenhof oder ohne Fenster wahrscheinlich besser.
