Great stay at a Hotel with traditional feel and decor
Pros:

This isn't just your typical hotel; it features lots of traditional items in the rooms and throughout the property. If you like experiencing a hotel with a traditional feel and decor, then this is for you.

I booked a family room for four of us (two adults and two kids, ages 12 and 10) and ended up with two separate units for the same price: an apartment suite and a room with two twin beds for the kids. The apartment suite was very nice and included a kitchenette. I would recommend requesting a room in the newer, four-story section—my brother stayed in the older section, and ours was much nicer.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here

Cons:

Wi-Fi connection was hit-or-miss at times, though a strong connection was eventually found.

If I ever visit Kumasi again, I will stay at this hotel
Pros:

The staff were helpful always willing to help. The food in the restaurant was okay but they should probably have more variety for international visitors. They was TV & Fridge.
Close to the main road, was able to take tro-tro so we can make conversations with locals which was quite an experience

Cons:

Having variety of food for international visitors, cooking with less salt or perhaps ask not just assume

Excellent Staff, Good Food, Room For Improvement
Pros:

The location was easy to find. The staff were absolutely lovely and polite - the restaurant staff went out of their way and I want to commend them highly for taking ot in their stride when I requested support with cutting up fruit that I had been gifted with. They were also happy to support with reheating my leftovers from the day before- no questions asked. VERY kind and lovely people! I had breakfast and dinner whilst there and both were really nice and filling.

Cons:

The decor was nice but the room felt as though it could do with a thorough refurbish as it had a slightly run-down feel. Ghanaian natives advised me after that I could have gotten better value for money based on what I paid per night. I would also prefer for my towels not to be used for the creative display they made on my bed but instead be hung up in the bathroom and for the bed to be fully msde on arrival, but that may just be my preference.

Welcoming, experience from the moment you arrive.
Pros:

Extremely hands on owner, who is making the environment calm, peaceful and relaxing for every guest. Staff are taught to go above and beyond, really a nice place to stay.

We had to move rooms from the 1st to 4th floor, in the 2nd room the shower was broken, we told the staff and the GM but

Bon situation de la route Kumasi-Accra chambre tres propre

Cons:

Le personnel etait compose de nombreux etudiants peu experimente dans la reception du client et au restaurant. Pas de proposition de petit dejeuner la personne qui nous a accueillis n’etait pas acceuillante

Good location, good stay and easy to get around with hotel shuttle bus.
Pros:

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, and a good comfortable communal areas. Staff very professional, warm, helpful, polite and very welcoming . Good restaurant offering variety of well cooked delicious menus at reasonable costs. Food was always served with patience and a smile.
