Great for location.
Pros:

The location is in the city centre and easy to go anywhere in Kuantan.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast is not so good.
The room can be cleaned better and the curtains are full of dust. Air cond in the living room need service to be cooler.

Pros:

Clean front desk and lobby. Big room. Location.

Cons:

Some stains on the bed sheet and pillow cases. Room too big and slightly dark. Fridge is in the toilet/shower room. Not very secure as anybody can use the lift to go to the rooms' level even though the hotel issued security card to enter the rooms, the lift does not require the security card to be scanned. Only has fixed rain shower in the bathroom, no hand shower head, very inconvenient. Only 1 electrical power socket beside the bed, not enough power socket.

if the unfortune things happen, i would love to stay here again…
Pros:

all good about this hotel..good food, spacious room space at reasonable price

Cons:

my hotel windows been knocked a few times at 12.00 midnight…luckly nothing happen to my kids…next time, note to receptionist…jangan bagi bilik yang bermasalah kepada guest yang ada anak kecil…pity to small children if anything bad happen to them…tq
