Pros:

Struttura ristrutturata di recente, arredata con cura e in stile alpino. Bagno ampio, letto comodo, stanza calda e accogliente. I titolari hanno saputo orientarci con competenza rispetto alle possibili gite con ciaspole pianificabili nei dintorni. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione con grande scelta di prodotti locali dolci e salati. L'Hotel è stata una piacevolissima scoperta, così come la valle di Saint-Barthélemy

Cons:

Pochi ristoranti nella zona, anche se non è assolutamente colpa dell'Hotel, che anzi cerca di suggerire opzioni per tutti i prezzi e gusti, oltre a proporre un aperitivo con Sommelier con pochi eguali ad un prezzo più che ragionevole ed adeguato.

Ottima posizione e panorama, soggiorno piacevole ma non privo di piccoli limiti.
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione incantevole, con un panorama davvero suggestivo e un contesto naturale molto rilassante. La prima sera abbiamo partecipato a una degustazione di vini (30 € a persona), prenotata prima della partenza. L’esperienza è stata gradevole soprattutto grazie alla cordialità del figlio del proprietario, molto disponibile.

Cons:

La camera purtroppo non era ben insonorizzata e la presenza di bambini piccoli si è fatta sentire!
Inoltre, al terzo giorno abbiamo dovuto richiedere la carta igienica perché non era stata reintegrata.

Struttura a gestione familiare con arredamento di montagna, ben curato e caratteristico.
Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità nel darci suggerimenti per programmare visite in zona. Colazione con prodotti locali e freschi.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la scelta di ovviare alla mancanza di un ristorante per la cena con una degustazione che ci ha portato a scoprire vini locali che non conoscevamo e abbinamenti con cibi - 4 vini e un tagliere che sostituivano tranquillante un pasto. La vista dalla camera era incantevole, silenzio appagante; un buon modo per staccare la spina.
