Very disappointed
Pros:

I like that it was close to my event I was at.

Cons:

Elevators wasn't working. Housekeeping was short-handed so a couple of days he just got towels and I had to ask for those. My bed was not comfortable at all, seem like it was noisy all night long because the elevators wasn't working so people was walking going up and down the stairs. Closing opening the door and our room was right next to the stairs.

Nice facility, and staff but the beds are too firm.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, very hearty, nice selection of hot and cold foods. Pancakes was definitely a plus for my husband.Casey at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. As well as the young Spanish speaking lady who handled the breakfast.

Cons:

We were contacted by text message that the elevator system was down and wouldn't be operational for our stay. We're elderly but managed our trek to and from the third floor. Since we were only staying for one night, we endured this small inconvenience. But it should be noted that the hotel is under construction with several walls with plastic covering??

Cons:

Elevator inoperative since November 2025. Facility does not meet code. This facility in current condition would not meet requirements for a certificate of occupancy!!!
