No elevator working the 4days we were there and the bathroom sick never drained right, water was in sink for 5mins after we brushed our teeth.

Rude front deck check in and out

Sarah at front deck, was very rude for check in and check out , if she doesn't enjoy her job maybe she should find another and not take her rudeness out on guest .shower had no pressure, smells in hallway, not sure if it was from remodeling or what?

Our stay was good, we been there twice! The only thing we were disappointed was the elevator was not working until one day before we leave the hotel! Another things we were expecting to use the pool, but they closed!
