Pros:

Dirty. Coffee pot has a used filter and old coffee residue with mold. The room smelled and the front desk sprayed air freshener. Someone’s left over drinks in fridge. Generally grungy

Pros:

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and the room was perfect. Location was awesome for shoping and dining. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Erie.

It was a nice facility and easy to navigate.

Cons:

Our room seemed either rushed or not cleaned at all. The bathroom had hair everywhere, even on the door hinges, tub, and floor. There was an obvious contact lens on the bathroom floor. The beds just had sheets and blankets on them, there was no tuck at the bottom, which is okay normally because I untuck, but coming into the room, it just felt undone.

Not the cleanest!
Pros:

After two decent stays at this hotel, this one did not rise to that level. While the bed was comfortable, upon arrival, the sheets and comforter/cover were billowing out the bottom of the bed, not tucked in, and we had to do that ourselves. The bathroom floor was filthy. While cleaning up some spilled water with paper towels, the towels came up covered with dirt...they don’t mop too often in there. Also, there was a small pile of dirt in the corner of the floor by the tub that was easy to see while sitting on the toilet. Who leaves a little pile of dirt like that? It was disgusting.

We did not use the kitchen area, but it didn’t look like there were many plates and glasses. There is a full size refrigerator and stove, though.

After this experience, we will not be staying here again.

Staff was rude and inconsiderate I’m reporting them the man at the front desk for third shift was under the influence threatening me to call the police and when I told them call he then refused so they didn’t see how high he was all in all this property stunk

Horrible! I'd sleep in my car before staying at this hotel again.
Pros:

The mini kitchen in my room, even though the refrigerator was dirty. That's it!!

Cons:

The staff was very rude, my room hadn't even been cleaned yet, there was no continental breakfast, the ice machine was broken. I could go on but I won't.
