L'emplacement
Les toilettes un peu petite
La terrasse extérieure est le grand plus de cet hôtel ainsi que l'emplacement au Pays Basque.
Douche bouchée signalée sans prise en compte et réaction d'un membre du personnel suite à un avis constructif
Ubicación ,comodidad de la cama .
No hay ascensor por lo que no está adaptado,no hay aire acondicionado,hay un pequeño ventilador .Y no puedo entender cómo el personal no hace ni el más mínimo intento ni por hablar español ni inglés …/no lo entiendo

A part la dame des petits déjeuners, les reste du personnel n’est ni très pro ni très agréable… vu le prix de la chambre, un sourire, un bonjour merci au revoir auraient été appréciable
La amabilidad de la señora que prepara los desayunos
La limpieza mal, el suelo con moqueta en todo el hotel y con manchas, el olor fuerte general por la moqueta y el mal olor en el baño por las tuberias...

La douche est bien trop étroite, confort minimaliste .
Pas assez insonorisé , on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d’à côté. Pas de lumière dans le couloir.
Sobre todo la ubicación que está en el mismo centro del pueblo. La habitación estaba bien.

Estuvimos alojados en uno de los apartamentos. En la zona de cocina y sala había un fuerte olor a humedad. Dormir en el sofá era bastante desagradable.
La gentillesse de la personne au petit dej
El personal muy amable y pendiente de ayudar en lo que fuera necesario.
Solicitamos habitaciones juntas y estuvimos cada uno en una punta.
La ubicación.
La habitación no estaba bien limpia. Tenía polvo.
Al entrar a hacer la habitación tiraron a la basura cosas que no eran para tirar por decisión propia.
El aparcamiento es público, no es de uso exclusivo del hotel.
Hôtel bien situé en plein centre dans une petite ville tŕes jolie.Petit train de la Rhune à moins de 10 minutes en voiture.Trés bon petit déjeuner avec des produits de grande qualité.Chambre spacieuse avec de nombreux rangements et trés propre.Trés bonne literie confortable.
Pas d information sur la route principale pour joindre le parking qui se situe derriére l'hôtel.Activités sur la place juste devant l hôtel qui pourraient gêner des personnes vers 22h30 mais pour nous cela donnait de la vie. Le calme revient vite a la nuit tombée.
