Très beau complexe propre et récent
Pros:

Très grand et bel appartement.
Le complexe est tout récent, les piscines sont superbes.
Tout est beau et propre.
Le ménage a été fait tous les jours dans notre appartement.
Le restaurant du complexe est très bon ( un peu plus cher que la moyenne locale équivalente mais bien moins cher qu’un restaurant identique en France)
Le petit déjeuner américain est vraiment super bon et copieux pour 1000 pesos (environ 15 euros).
Toutes les formules de petit déjeuner proposent des fruits frais !
Le complexe se trouve à 5/ 10 minutes à pied d’un quartier touristique. Il ne faut pas hésiter à y aller malgré un départ peu engageant. Il y a des boutiques et des restaurants dans ce quartier qui se trouve en face de l’hôtel viva.

Cons:

Selon votre horaire d’arrivée, il n’y a pas de réception et c’est un gardien qui s’occupe des arrivées. Il est très gentil et fait de son mieux mais c’est un peu surprenant. A noter qu’il ne parle qu’espagnol.
Pour information il est interdit de cuisiner dans les appartements bien qu’il y ait une grande cuisine aménagée.

La atención de la encargada pésima , no cumplió con nada de lo que pagamos no teníamos tele ni aire y solo 2 días de los 5 fuimos nociones el agua caliente , ellos no se hacen cargo por dicen q la reserva fue por aplicación que reclame ahi

Très beau complexe dommage que les services et installations ne soient pas à la hauteur

Cons:

Distance de l’hôtel et aucun service de navette ou Location. Service directement au transat inexistant et bcp trop long. Excursion ratée, aucun avantage à prendre avec l’hôtel. Pas de salle de sport ni d’animation

Un paradiso!!
Pros:

Struttura eccellente , curata nei minimi dettagli.
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato 12 giorni in un appartamento a dir poco meraviglioso, arredato in modo incantevole e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari.
Il Tracadero si trova immerso nel verde, con giardini e aree curatissime, per non parlare poi delle piscine a sfioro sul mare , tutte di acqua salata , circondate da sabbia,ricreando così l’atmosfera caraibica.
Il tracadero gode anche di un’ottima posizione, perfetta per girare a piedi, a soli 10 min dalla spiaggia Dominicus!
Tra le cose che abbiamo amato di più, Il Ristorante, con una vastissima scelta( per tutti i gusti ) e un ottimo cibo , Il personale,gentilissimo , molto qualificato, che ha saputo coccolarci ad ogni nostra richiesta.
Che dire, ritorneremo sicuramente!!!!

If you want to have peace of mind, you should do your private investigation. As photos does not match, policy and regula

Misleading information (on pictures you can see full kitchen in rooms but when you arrive the want you to sign paper that you can not use it)

Apartments can be very different however generally in good condition. They can give you any type of apartments so better to clarify before.

Only one public swimming pool with normal water, and children not allowed to use it, only for adults.

Booking.com as I understand is not responsible for the price at all and they don't check the conditions and regulations (so we were forced to pay more than expected and confirm previously undisclosed regulations).
