The property was awesome but would never stay in the penthouse unit we stayed it.
Pros:

It was beautiful and spacious.

Cons:

The unit we stayed it was old, rundown and very sparsely furnished. The kitchen had next to nothing in it.

Estafa y overbooking: intento de reubicación en hostal de baja calidad

Fue una estafa en toda regla. Habíamos reservado este hotel para pasar nuestra última noche en Punta Cana y, antes de llegar, no dejaban de escribirnos para preguntar a qué hora íbamos a llegar, algo poco lógico teniendo en cuenta que existe un horario de check-in definido.
Al presentarnos y mostrar la reserva, prácticamente sin mirarnos a la cara nos dijeron que allí no gestionaban esa reserva y que fuéramos a otra cabina. En la segunda, la atención fue igual de deficiente: nos pidieron los pasaportes y, sin darnos ninguna explicación, llamaron a seguridad para que nos acompañara a la supuesta habitación.
Al seguir al personal, vimos que salíamos del complejo y nos llevaban a un hostal cercano llamado Las Rosas. Era un cuarto piso sin ascensor, sin aire acondicionado en el comedor y con solo dos camas, cuando habíamos reservado para cinco personas. Como única “solución”, nos ofrecieron añadir un colchón extra. Nos negamos de inmediato, ya que no tenía nada que ver con lo que habíamos pagado.
El responsable del hostal, que fue amable, nos confirmó que esta situación ocurre con frecuencia: el hotel hace overbooking y deriva a los clientes a ese alojamiento de menor calidad. Regresamos entonces al mostrador inicial y, de forma sorprendente, ahora sí decían tener habitaciones disponibles. Evidentemente, después del intento de engaño, rechazamos quedarnos.
Como la reserva estaba garantizada con tarjeta a través de Booking y no era reembolsable, solicitamos que ellos mismos la cancelaran. Se negaron rotundamente, y tampoco quisieron proporcionarnos ningún documento que acreditara la situación. Ante el mal ambiente, decidimos marcharnos y contactar directamente con Booking, que por suerte resolvió el problema sin que tuviéramos que pagar nada.
En definitiva, si no queréis llegar por la noche tras un largo viaje y encontraros sin habitación mientras intentan reubicaros en un alojamiento muy inferior, no recomiendo en absoluto este hotel.

Agréable cadre
Pros:

Super appartement bien placé et agréable pour un séjour en famille

Cons:

Le personnel manque cruellement d’expérience avec les touristes étrangers. Aucune sympathie, pas de bonjour, pas de sourire, aucun effort avec les personnes ne parlant pas l’espagnol. C’est le principal point négatif de cette expérience. Ça ne donne pas envie de revenir malheureusement!

Struttura molto curata, ottimo per vacanza in relax. Rapporto qualità prezzo migliorabile.
Pros:

Piscine molto carine e ben curate, accesso al mare comodo, villaggio molto tranquillo e rilassante, appartamento molto carino e decentemente pulito. Ottimi cocktails al bar!

Cons:

Qualità del cibo al ristorante molto scarsa purtroppo nonostante le alte aspettative (e prezzo, rispetto ai ristoranti che si trovano fuori), molti camerieri al ristorante erano poco cordiali e piuttosto scorbutici (Gian Carlos era eccezionale invece!!), acqua calda per la doccia dura meno di un lavaggio (essendo in due dovevo far passare dei minuti prima di poter fare la doccia dopo la mia partner). Wi-fi praticamente assente nell'area piscine, soprattutto quelle adults only, più distanti dal bar.

The hotel/apartments are secure and safe but the service is poor.
Pros:

The property was located in a beautiful place, the pools were nice but very dirty. Safe area was great and the apartment was also well furnished.

Cons:

The service was not great, asked for a bed spread since I only had a sheet on my bed. Staff was tough to reach and turned out the front desk people went home early. Requested the bed spread 2-3 more times and I never received it. It’s also a bit absurd that you have to pay for water while staying on the property.

Muy mejorable
Pros:

La zona de piscinas, la mejor que he visto en mi vida, es preciosa La localización es al lado del mar aunque no hay playa, las vistas son inmejorables.

Cons:

El personal de recepción no ayuda en absoluto, nos dieron las llaves y la pulsera junto con las toallas, y nada más , ni una explicación ni nada, me decepcionaron teniendo en cuenta el coste del hotel. La ubicación no me gustó porque está lejos de Bayahibe está entre Dominicus y Bayahibe pero un rato andando. Solicitamos un taxi y se llevan comisión por encargarnoslo. No me pareció un comportamiento elegante , pensaba que era un hotel de calidad hacia el cliente.

Tolle Außenanlage direkt am Meer

Tolle Außenanlage mit kleinen Hacken die man vorher wissen und in Kauf nehmen muss.
Positiv war, früher ankommen ist kein Problem. Es gibt für das Schwimmen Handtücher und man kann den Bereich unentgeltlich nutzen. Zudem waren kaum andere Touristen vor Ort. Leere Pools, viele freie Liegen.
Bett wird täglich gemacht und neue Handtücher vorhanden. War ein kleines Hotelfeeling. Die Wohnung war neu gebaut, alles war vorhanden was man brauchte.

Cons:

Kochen ist in der Ferienwohnung verboten. Schwierig da wir aus diesem Grund uns dafür entschieden haben. Das Essen im Restaurant sowie Frühstück ist überteuert.
Kein echter Strand, da Steine mit Sand überdeckt sind oder teils nur Steine. Zugang zum Meer eher schwierig.
Der abgebildete Poolbereich umfasst nicht der Wirklichkeit. Man darf nur die rechten drei Pools buchen. Die anderen sowie liegen sind VIP Bereich.

Paraiso para volver!
Pros:

Nos encantaron las piscinas y el diseño en general de los apartamentos, las piscinas increibles y todas las areas comunes. El restaurante es verdaderamente excepcional!!!! Comida deliciosa y la atención increible!

Un havre de paix
