Pros:

Eigentlich gab es Unannehmlichkeiten...das Wasser fiel staendig aus!
Auch eenn das Personan.nichts direkt dazu kann...der Porzier haette sich im eine Alternative...erwas Wasser fuers Noetigste...kuemmern muessen!
Am Tag danach entschuldigte sich jedoch der junge Chef...das war ok...undvdas Fruehstueck gab es dann gratis!
Und...das war sehr sehr lecker...und freundlich von der netten Dame serviert

A good hotel with good staff and good facilities and in a good location
Pros:

Two of the three staff people at the destk were VERY helpful and had a Very good attitude. They were at the job the first several nights. Last day person had a bad attitude so only 9 and not 10 for staff. Room was fine. Hot water ETC fine. Lighting fine. Arranged a private tour to the Roman Ruins at a reasonable price and for a reasonable time. Done by one of the 2 helpful staff.

Cons:

The final day staff person who appeared to have the "I just work here" way of thinking. We originally thought he was cheating us by asking for city tax as we checked out. DID turn out he was correct but not presented well.

L'emplacement.

Cons:

La réservation a été difficile à retrouver. Malgré le fait que nous ayons clairement indiqué le nom sous lequel elle avait été faite, on nous a présenté un document suggérant que nous étions arrivés plus tôt que prévu. Or, il ne s’agissait pas de notre réservation, et ce malgré nos multiples rappels de notre nom de famille.
Les équipements de l’établissement sont vétustes. Une forte odeur de cigarette remontait jusqu’à notre chambre située au 6ᵉ étage. De plus, le bruit provenant de la rue — lié aux chichas ouvertes tard dans la nuit et aux billards — était constant et perturbant.
Enfin, au moment de quitter la chambre, on nous a laissé entendre que le ménage était effectué quotidiennement et que, par conséquent, il serait attendu de notre part de laisser un billet sous l’oreiller.

La cortesia dello staff
La doccia è ampia calda e comoda anche se la rubinetteria andrebbe ristrutturata.

Cons:

Non é vicino al centro
Il mobilio i serramenti e la camera sono un po' logori
Abbiamo sbagliato a scegliere quando ci é stato chiesto, una camera all'interno, non c'era rumore della strada, ma ci si affaccia su un cavedio sporco e con il rumore dei condizionatori.
