Es bueno por la ubicación

Cons:

No había agua caliente para bañarse, y se escuchan literal todos los ruidos de los cuartos de a lado, a mi parecer se trata más de un hotel de paso.

Superó mis expectativas
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena a una cuadra y media de los portales.
El trabajo de la recamarista muy bueno, pues hizo muy bien el aseo y fue muy servicial con el servicio de las toallas. Es la trabajadora más hospitalaria del hotel. Deberían subirle el sueldo.
Las sábanas, colcha y fundas son de buena calidad y con buen diseño. Se ve que son nuevas.
Realmente el hotel superó mis expectativas.

Cons:

No dan agua para tomar ni jabón para bañarse.
La regadera no funcionaba de una manera en que tuviera agua tibia, pues era agua hirviendo o fría.
El dispensador de papel de baño no funciona y tuvimos que sacar el papel de él.
Las recepcionistas deberían ser hospitalias.
Deberían de aprovechar el espacio del restaurante para rentarlo a una franquicia de comida que dé servicio hasta tarde, pues siempre está vacío y es un espacio relativamente grande que debería aprovecharse.
