The rooms were very clean! Actually the whole property was very well kept and clean. Staff was also very nice. There is a restraunt right behind in the same parking lot. We didn't eat there, but there were alot of people eating in the outdoor seating. Plus you can see the lake that is very close. We walked to it. I would definitely stay here again.
The only thing was that there is no air conditioner. But when we walked in the room it was still nice and cool. At night you can open the window and they also have a fan in the room. So it was not bad.
The location and the price point.
we were in room# 5 and the temperature of the shower was problematic. The cold water was fine, but the hot water was extremely hot, to the point of painful. If the faucet was turned to the maximum setting, then it was still very hot, but tolerable.

Great location. Near the lake. Easy to find. All set for our arrival and a great restaurant next door.
It was fine. Just no AC.
The staff was welcoming and the area was very clean. I was worried that with it already being the start of summer, there would be more families and younger children but was pleasantly surprised that there were more older adults in the neighboring rooms which led to a quieter experience. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants a quiet and scenic view.
Admittedly, nothing they can reasonably do to fix, the toilets in the restroom were a little too small for my comfort. Other than that, the only other issues were the hornets that buzzed around the parking lot sporadically. My wife is awfully afraid of them so it wasn't a great experience trying to avoid them but that isn't the Inn's fault or responsibility.
(Family suite with kitchen area) I had a very pleasant check-in and check-out. I found the room clean with everything in working order. The description of the ammenities was accurate in the listing. I stayed during summer and it was comfortable with the fans and open windows at night. Having no a/c unit was not an issue. The wifi worked. It was quiet considering the proximity to restaurants and businesses. The location is nice for exploring the area. They don't have housekeeping and the office keeps business hours, so be sure to plan your arrival accordingly. Any needs are provided at the office, but I didn't need anything that wasn't already in the room. Do your dishes, and I would recommend taking your trash out also. There are trash cans outside near every door. This place is charming and a decent value for the area. I will stay again when I visit BB Lake.

the location was near everything so it’s a good location’ . The cleaning staff were wonderful as well.
They didn’t have AC in the rooms and it got really stuffy and hot at night and it was hard to sleep. They asked us to open the window, are room was ion the bottom floor so I didn’t feel comfortable or safe leaving the window open. My understanding that big beer most of the hotels don’t have ACs so that’s why they asked her just to open the window.
The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.
The ceiling fan was tiny.
Most comfortable beds! The location was perfect. Enjoyed the nearby restaurant overlooking the water. The landscaping was beautiful.
