Wonderful place to stay in Big Bear!
Pros:

Wonderful place that exceeded our expectations! Perfect location - Very nice staff in the Office. The room was extremely clean. We will definitely be going back. No daily maid service but we knew that in advance. The Office made sure we knew we could ask for anything if we needed more towels, coffee, etc.

Cons:

We are easy to please so we liked everything!

Charming little Inn, perfect for recharging body and mind.
Pros:

It sits far enough off the boulevard that it very quiet, no street sounds at all, but close enough to the village to be convenient for shopping or dining. Very large mini fridge to accommodate left over containers and beverages. Extremely comfortable beds.

Cons:

The only thing missing is an ice machine for in room beverages, but it wasn’t a big inconvenience as we just purchased a bag of ice and put it in our travel cooler.

Clean comfortable unit centered Close to center of town ,parking close to rooms . I had two people with limited mobility! Office person friendly and helpful! 🤩🦅

Cons:

Tub a bit high for my family members!

Excellent location but sagging mattresses.
Pros:

Great location, and very practical facilities

Cons:

Bed mattresses are very done. The place is a 10 with some new firm ones.

That is our second trip in that hotel, and our previous room was geared with the same sagging mattresses.

Pros:

Clean room, nice bathroom/shower, fridge, Wi-Fi worked great, excellent location, easy walk to Big Bear Village.

Cons:

Parking area is close, but dark, rooms open to parking lot, motel-style; a female staying alone might not necessarily feel safe but overall a decent little hotel.
